He did a good job, everything went well.

Work got done but Nate was very forgetful about closing the door from my house to my garage and closing the garage door, and since the work was done in the winter, it was very annoying. I would come home from work at night and the house would be wide open to the cold. When he sanded a wall in the laundry room he didn't close off the room or cover anything outside the room, cover the upper large vent in the room or under the door. As a result there was a very heavy coating of dust and drywall dirt over everything in my house - my floors, my treadmill, tv's, laptop, all counters and tables, absolutely everything as well as a visible haze and cloud of dust in the air when I got home, causing me to sneeze. He opened the box and removed the new fan I had purchased for my upper bathroom before he tried to remove the old one, and then found out he couldn't get the old one out. I had to keep reminding him to remove his shoes when using the front door and coming down my carpeted stairs, as he left oily, muddy stains on the carpeting one of the first times he was here, but he kept forgetting to. Communication with him was absolutely terrible as far as dates, times he would be here, etc. Although he seems to be a nice guy, he is forgetful, and it created a very frustrating experience over all and I had very little confidence in him. Ultimately everything seems to work and looks decent but it was such a stuggle getting there. Since he charges by project, which I wasn't used to doing, I felt I was overcharged.

I couldn't use the service from Angies list but they re-estimated based on photos and were wonderful to work with.

The actual work went well. There was a little problem with communication but the owner is on it. We will use them again. We paid more because we have a large house with steep roofs.

Did a good job cleaning gutters and downspouts

Although I gave specific instructions noting that the picture window was a priority, and the order in which other windows were to be done, they did not do that and actually only did 20 panes. It seems they picked the 20 easiest windows. They were to return later after I called them out on it, but I requested they wait since it was icy. They did return and offered to do more windows for $3.50 each. Nothing like up sell after not doing the job right the first time.

On the basis of my very satisfactory experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Windows of Hope Services to anyone needing the same service, gutter cleaning (on 29 November 2016). I should think that the other services he offers would be equally well performed. They are Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Holiday Lighting, House Cleaning, Handyman Services, and others. I first signed up for the $189 three-floor special. Eric wrote me that the rate applied to “houses with walk-able roofs, no greater than a 6/12 pitch,” which my house is not. He asked me to withdraw from the offer and said he would do my gutters for as near as he could come to the special price. I agreed. When he finished his work today, it was at the special price. He was efficient and thorough, and told me that I needed a couple of downspout screens, which he said he would put in the next time I need my gutters cleaned. His magnetic card says that “10% goes to help the poorest of the poor,” and I heartily approve of that sentiment and practice. If it were everyone’s practice, the poorest would be a lot less poor.

Fine as far as I know my gutters were clean when they left. They were a little faster than others I have used. don't know if that is good or bad

Very well. Time and day were arranged and Eric arrived as planned. He did a wonderful job on windows and screens that had not been cleaned in years. He also helped us remove 2 old and heavy air conditioners from second story windows. We own a duplex so it was a big job. Yes, we plan on calling Eric next year.

Incredible how much lighter it was in the house after everything was cleaned! The north side of the house went from dingy to a bright white after the power washing. Amazing difference. Appreciated that there was no residual mess either in the house or in the yard after the work was done. We plan to have WOH back in a year to do it all again.

Job went great! Erik responded to my initial inquiry. He arrived on time the following day. He assessed and completed the gutter cleaning in a timely and efficient manner. Job well done! Really appreciate such a great job.

It started last week when I scheduled the service and I was told they would be to our house on Thursday to do the cleaning. I sent an email Tuesday evening asking for a time as I was never given one. I got an email late Wednesday evening saying they would be there the next day by 9:30. By that time I had a meeting scheduled and could not be there, so asked if there was availability in the afternoon or if we should reschedule. I got a response that said they would have to reschedule or they could come that afternoon, but I would have to pay an extra $20 because of rush hour traffic. At that point I said forget it and that I would find someone else. He apologized, but I thought that the approach was tacky and shady at best. However, I did give them the benefit of the doubt and we rescheduled for Tuesday from 1:45 to 3:00. I had my wife scheduled to be here in which I received an email just before lunch that they were on their way, thus rescheduling for my wife. When I arrived home, I found that they charged more than original quote claiming I have 34 window panes when I only count 29. To their defense, I don't know exactly what they consider a pain, but I still think it is 29. The bigger issue however, was they missed one room entirely and also left the tracks of the patio doors full of gunk (leaves and dirt). Basically wiped the track and wiped all the junk to one end and called it good. I texted the owner when I got home and sent him a picture of the track. Replied and said he should double check his guys work and said he would fix or refund some money. I asked him to fix it one day this week while my wife is home on vacation and he replied. "I don't know when I will be in the area, so how does $15 sound." With that reply, I had finally had enough and told him to do what he thought was fair, but that I didn't think $15 was worth writing the check and the postage. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied in Windows of Hope and the way this was handled and unfortunately will not be using them again nor would I feel comfortable recommending anyone else use their services at this point in time.

First attempt was incomplete and very poorly executed. After complaining, the service was completed properly and promptly. I was told that the initial worker no longer worked for the company. I would use this company again.

Excellent job! Eric not only pressure washed our home but he worked hard to remove a stain on the front of the house. He also did an excellent job cleaning our windows. He is honest and hardworking. I also like the fact that he donates 10% of his profits to charity. We are planning to hire him again to do handyman repairs around our home.

I was so impressed by the prompt response, the professionalism, and the integrity of the price quote guarantee. He also offered a 7 day guarantee to come back if we found we were not satisfied with any of the windows. I will use their service each spring.

It went badly. Showed up almost two hours earlier than what I was told. Damaged a piece of my property accidentally. One window is pretty much ruined and, because they can't explain exactly what happened on that window, well, they must not be responsible for it. Most of the other windows have scratches on them now. And their response to that is - well, you probably never cleaned your windows good enough to see scratches. How insulting is THAT? The scratches were not there before I hired this company to clean my windows. I would have seen them. I would not hire this company in a million years after the experience I had. My windows are now damaged and that is not something that I can fix. Sorry I ever heard of them.

I've used Windows of Hope before and will use them again.
