Description of Work: I had them do the extra windows and the screens which raised the price over deal. They did a great job and were very effective. Such nice guys and very polite.

Description of Work: Cleaned windows, inside and out and storm doors. Next time will also have them do the screens (extra money for those which weren't part of the Angie's List deal). Friendly and did great work! Played a bit of phone tag before could get it scheduled but it wasn't too terrible. Definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: This company cleaned out all of our gutters. We have a 2-story home so there was a slight up charge for the additional height of some of the gutters. They used our hose to make sure they were completely clean and functioning properly.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal for Windows of Hope. I was not at home when they came, so I assumed that they had performed the gutter cleaning service. I was offered a window cleaning on August 11th, 2014, but I don't know if they actually did the cleaning and if this offer was in lieu of the gutter cleaning.

Description of Work: The window washer, Nate, had to do some very high second floor windows, which he cleaned with skill and with care for the garden where he had to place the ladder. He even watched out for the cats. He was helpful in removing the screens, which he also washed, and making suggestions about how they were mounted. Altogether a very positive and pleasant experience.

Description of Work: Cleaned inside and outside windows in the whole house (minus upstairs and basement sliding doors). I added several windows not originally scoped in the order. I was charged a price by the on-sight team, but got a call a day later saying I was overcharged, and received a refund of the overcharge, from the owner within a week of the work being complete. They are CHRISTIAN people operating under Christian principles. Definitely will use them again.

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning was completed as requested. We were home at the time so would have appreciated if the crew had told us when they were leaving so we could have asked some questions. Otherwise, all work was performed well.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters, but later than expected and we could not tell they had been there. We only knew because our neighbors saw them. We were displeased that there was an extra charge for flushing the gutters. The other vendor we have used includes that as part of the total charge.
