They finally came out, but although the men who where here were very nice, I was unimpressed with their work. I agreed to pay extra for them to spray clean the gutters, but they are still a mess. I had to point out the garage gutter to them, because they forgot it. They then took that opportunity to charge me more. They did agree to turn two downspout extensions for me while they where here, for a small additional charge, which was nice.
But then after they left, I found one downspout completely full of dirt. Also, another one of our downspouts doesn't work at all. I'm not sure if this is because it's not cleaned or if there's another reason. No rain whatsoever is coming out of the downspout but rather spilling over the sides. But either way, it shouldn't have been addressed while they were here.
Overall, we still have dirty gutters that aren't functioning properly, and I paid more than the price of the deal. It's also turned me off of using the AL deals.
"I'm very sorry you did not have the same great experience as our other customers. I wish you would have contacted us immediately about the gutters not working properly after being cleaned. We would have taken care of it for no extra charge. Customer satisfaction is our top priority."
