Description of Work: I hired them in the spring. Everything appeared to go fine, but the guy complained that my windows were difficult. |Fast forward to fall, and I'm closing my storm windows. There are broken plastic tabs to my windows all over! The guy couldn't figure out how my windows worked, so he forced them an broke them and didn't tell me.
