I wasn't here when they did the work and I haven't gone up to the gutters to inspect, but they seem to be working well, so I assume they did a good job.

I bought a deal on Angie's List for gutter cleaning. First of all, it was very difficult to schedule. I had to contact them several times, and they were hesitant to schedule, because they didn't have any other customers in my neighborhood. They wanted to wait until they received other orders. They finally came out, but although the men who where here were very nice, I was unimpressed with their work. I agreed to pay extra for them to spray clean the gutters, but they are still a mess. I had to point out the garage gutter to them, because they forgot it. They then took that opportunity to charge me more. They did agree to turn two downspout extensions for me while they where here, for a small additional charge, which was nice. But then after they left, I found one downspout completely full of dirt. Also, another one of our downspouts doesn't work at all. I'm not sure if this is because it's not cleaned or if there's another reason. No rain whatsoever is coming out of the downspout but rather spilling over the sides. But either way, it shouldn't have been addressed while they were here. Overall, we still have dirty gutters that aren't functioning properly, and I paid more than the price of the deal. It's also turned me off of using the AL deals.

They were great. I would definitely use them again and this time I think I would have them do my inside as well as my outside windows. I was just extremely pleased. They came when they said they would come. They did a very conscientious job. I was happy with what we paid for the amount we got done.

The job went well and they completed the project in a good amount of time. Guys were very friendly and were willing to clean the windows as I requested.

They were wonderful, but I did not check their pricing before hand, and it ended up being much more than I had anticipated. I didn't read the fine print before I bought the deal. The cleaning turned out great, and I had no problem with their actual service. They were professional and nice. I ended up spending and additional $280.

It was great. Both the gentlemen who came were very polite, helpful, courteous and did a good job. I didn't realize they went by panes instead of windows so I ended up spending an extra $25. The work was very nice and I love looking out my windows. It was a good experience.

The window and gutter cleaning went great. They were responsive when scheduling and arrived at the time agreed upon. We validated the number of windows and panes and what would be included. They were thorough and professional throughout the entire process and even interacted with our small children who were in and out around the service time. They kept me informed of any changes and concerns that came up along the way. While finishing the windows I also realized they did gutter cleaning and we were able to add that after the windows were done. A storm soon followed, and the gutters worked the best that they have in some time. I would definitely use them again (and in fact we're already talking about doing some other work), and would refer them to others. They are much more professional and easy to work with than the average provider.

They were friendly and engaging young guys and worked quickly but very thoroughly. They did a beautiful job - the windows never looked so good. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I know we'll call them again.

We went back and forth before we could settle on a date and when rain was forecast they were kind enough to reschedule to a later date. Three young men arrived and they could not have been more professional and courteous. I have a number of stained glass windows hanging over windows and they took each of them down to wash the underlying window and rehung them. I also have storm doors within my sliding glass doors and they'd were thoroughly cleaned. They took their shoes off in the house, worked quickly and efficiently and my windows sparkle. I definitely recommend Windows of Hope and would use them again.

Excellent quality job. Full crew was on time and completed all work within budget. Hired them on Angie's list promotion. Some tough spots required a little extra and they notified me immediately and removed the adhesive.. We strongly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

They did an efficient and very professional job. I had underestimated the number of windows, but Eric would come back to me for a decision as to whether to go ahead with the extra ones or not. I don't think the windows in the house had been cleaned in 8-10 years and they left them SPOTLESS. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My deck was a real mess after this last winter, with birds, squirrel and raccoons having spread dirtied suet all over it, in addition to all the roof gunk resulting from earlier ice dam removal. The power cleaning got rid of all the grease, detritus and dirt. It also removed some of the paint on the deck, which I wasn't surprised about, given the amount of winter damage. I'll have to deal with that separately. All in all an excellent experience. Thanks to Eric and his team.

Some of my windows are old and kind of tricky. They were patient and got the job done. I cleaned the screens while they did the windows and it went really well. I gave them each of them tip. They matched a price I was quoted by someone else but if you do this then make sure you get the previous quote in writing because I only had it as a verbal price and I was not sure they believed me but it all worked out. The price was fair but not a bargain. Glad to have this done before a graduation party!

Hope Services had all the qualities you need (professional, great attitude, and successful outcome!) For our next window job we'd use them again.

They did a great job with the windows, taking the time to have me check his work and was very willing to make sure I was pleased. They took the time to get it done right the first time. I'd recommend them highly.

The company showed up and told me the deal should have said 20 window panes so it was going to cost me an additional $75.00 to have my 13 windows in my home cleaned.

Windows look good. That job was professional and well done. However, they failed to re-attach two screens. Instead, they were found laying face down in my yard. I now have to clean the screens, get out the ladder, and re-attach them myself. While not the end of the world, it would have been more professional to double check their work before leaving.

Eric at Windows of Hope was great to work with. He helped me surprise my sister by hanging Christmas lights on her new house right after it closed and just days before she moved in. The timing worked out perfectly, the surprise went over great and the lights look terrific. I was pleasantly surprised that maintenance and removal were included in the cost. I (and my sister) will remember Windows of Hope for this and other services they provide.

Windows of Hope did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
