Job went fine. He cleaned up all the leaf debris and hauled it away for me, which I really appreciated. I will definitely hire this company again in the future.

The service went fine. I paid an additional fee to have them clean more square footage. There was a delay with scheduling only because of weather. Two technicians came out and completed the job in 45 minutes to an hour. They did a good job and they did not leave too big of a mess behind. They did leave some debris at the bottom of the downspouts, however.

Everything went very nicely. Prompt response from Eric, appointment made to accommodate my schedule, good price, polite service, good job - including a couple of things (some screens) that were much needed but that I hadn't even thought of.

Everything went as well as could be expected. They returned all phone calls/ messages and were very professional.

Was great! Unfortunately, we left gutter cleaning too late so they came on one of the coldest days of the winter to start. Unable to get all completely cleaned and have promised to come back in the spring to finish. We knew we'd have to pay a bit extra for the height of our gutters and the add on price was fair.

I initially spoke to the owner beforehand and was trying to get an accurate count of how many windows needed cleaned. When they came to do the work, the additional number of windows did not match what I had calculated. They also cleaned my gutters which was an additional $50. When it was all said and done the additional cost on top of the $84 was $255.55 with a tip of $30. The extra cost seemed exaggerated and not up front. While I feel they did a good job, I also feel that I was taken advantage of and manipulated.

It went great and they did some extra stuff while they were here. They were very nice young men. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Their pricing was very reasonable when they came back to do other things for us. They were also very punctual, they showed up when they said they would be here. I would definitely use them again.

We bought a deal for 125 linear feet of gutter cleaning for $149. Our contact with Windows of Hope was mostly through messaging on Angie's List, although they did leave us a voicemail once the work was done. We haven't gone up on ladders to check, but it seems like a thorough job was done. Flushing the downspouts was not included in the deal we bought, so I don't believe that was done. In the communication, the owner had stated that the gutter cleaning would be done "early in the week" but I don't believe it was actually done until a Wed or Thurs. A minor point, but that was what brought the punctuality marking down. All in all, it was a fine job/deal for us, although I did not like the multiple attempts to sell us other services, such as window cleaning or installation of gutter helmets.

.Nate arrived exactly on time and cleaned all windows and screens. He did a fantastic job. and was very considerate taking off shoes when he came inside. He also went above and beyond- he encountered some wasp activity by one of the windows and sprayed the area so he could clean those windows. Will hire again

I was not home when the work was done, but our gutters worked great for the rest of the season, so I am happy. I paid a little bit extra for them to use my hose to flush gutters at the end - again I wasn't here to actually see them do that, but they seem to be a trustworthy outfit, so I am sure that they did in fact perform that task. I marked them lower for communication - a little slow and they weren't keeping things straight between themselves, so scheduling was a small hassle. I think they may have been inundated with business after offering the Big Deal on Angie's List which may have been causing confusion. Overall, nice folks that did a great job in the end. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Windows of Hope was able to schedule for next day service. WOH workers' did a nice job cleaning the gutters (and did not just dump the gutter trash on the ground - the site was clean and the gutters cleaned out. I was very pleased and will use WOH again.

I never met them. They came in the middle of the day. They said we didn't have to be home. They charged exactly what they said they would charge and the gutters are clean. It was exactly perfect. The price was good. We had some interaction with them and they were very nice. They say right on their ad that if it's a higher house then it's $20 extra. If they use the hose, it's $15 extra. They charged exactly what they said.

I wrote back and forth in email with the owner about what is a pane. We have a large window with 3 panes. In the email it would count as 1 pane but when they came it would be 3 panes. They said we had water damage on windows. It would be $1 per window with scraper. Most of the windows needed it. I felt like he was trying to pull something on me. He did a terrific job and took a long time.

The guys were great. Called ahead of time so I could kennel my dogs. Worked quickly and efficiently. Did a super job.

We purchased an Angie's List deal - window cleaning for $80. We have purchased other similar deals from other providers in the past with better experiences. Our 1st contact back after purchasing the deal was to verify how many panes of windows we needed washed - to determine what additional charges might be billed over what we had agreed to on the deal. Also - an attempt to clean our gutters. Frankly I was surprised by this tact and it is not one that I have encountered before. It felt like there was an attempt to sell more than what we had purchased, to use our 'deal purchase' for additional purchases. After a couple of weeks, Eric called to schedule a time for the next day. In retrospect I should not have agreed to the date he wanted because we had a deadline of when the work needed to be completed. I thought they would arrive much earlier than they did and I think the job took longer than they expected so unfortunately they were rushed to finish. The guys who came were pleasant and accommodating. I am not overly pleased with the way the windows look however - there are several that are streaked and some that look missed all together. I believe that the quality suffered because of the need to be done by our required time. I suspect they typically do a much better job. As I mentioned we have purchased other Angie's list deals for window washing and spent much less for more.

That turned out nicely. They did the work efficiently. I was not home when they did the service on my 1.5 story home.

After they supposedly cleaned the gutters, at least one was still clogged. When called, they wanted an additional $75 to come back and unclog the gutter. Very dishonest company.

Very well. Did an excellent job. Very courteous.

I assume that they are clean since I can't get on the roof. I wasn't here when they come. They came the day they said they would come. The price was fair.

I would give this company an A+. Nate and Rob cleaned my windows and several screens. Really nice guys. Very thorough. The windows look beautiful---clean and sparkly. I will definitely use this company again.

That turned out perfect. Two employees came out and it did not take them very long. This was done on a one story home. They did a great job. They were personable and very nice guys. They were also available to do other services, which I would hire them for. I will definitely for sure hire them again for gutter cleaning.

Excellent work done by responsive and polite service providers. Would definitely use them again!

They were very very nice and very efficent. They seemed to work together very well. The one tech worked for an hour cleaning out my gutters. He cleaned up well.

The service was good. They did a good job with the work.

That worked out excellent. They did the work at the end of June. My husband was there when they did the work and he said it went great. They recommended adding some gutter shield/stoppers and they will be coming back out to do that for us soon.
