My 2 year old water heater would randomly fail to heat as the flame would go out; or fail to ignite. My regular plumber recommended Richard Brandes as the best for the job; he was.
His initial visit determined that the thermostat was actually a fault (after cleaning fame sensor, etc) . Together we found the new parts on the internet at a $50 reduced cost to local retail. Richard returned after the part arrived and did the install of the new thermostat and new burner.
Richard was great to work with, more than fair in price, and I would recommend him to anyone.
