Electrician replaced 3 ceiling lights, bringing the installations up to code at the same time. Excellent work; quick, careful, cleaned up after himself. These people know how to handle out of date wiring (from 1920). I would definitely use them again.

Very good, I have used them for a whole house upgrade in the past and used them for many years for various upgrades and repairs.

Everyone I talked to on the phone, and getting estimate was friendly and helpful. The electricians were only a bit late (15 min.) to start the work. They were courteous. Got the job done in less time than estimated, so I wasn't here when they completed and left. But one of the guys called me to check in. They offered to come back if everything wasn't right. It's been three weeks now and the lights all work just fine.

The electrician (Dan, I think was his name) was great. He came up with a solution to my unique electrical problem that met my needs while still keeping within code requirements. He was thorough, cleaned up after his work, and made sure I understood what he was doing and what my other options were.

The price reflects what I paid for the coach lights and the outside outlet. They were great. I would highly recommend.

The final cost was higher than the original because we had added work. I think I got exactly what I paid for, value vs price. We scheduled the work 1-2 weeks in advance. They estimated that the job would take about a week, and it took a week. I choose this contractor because he had the best price, and it was the first time I had used this company. Expertise, professionalism, and quick work is why I gave them these grades.

Installation of new work was done proficiently. The repair on the existing light was done so poorly that the light is no longer in use. The first electrician replaced the old lights and ran new wire, but failed to detect a short in the line. After a return visit from a different electrician, the line disable by disconnecting the fuse at the service box. He cited a probable nick in an underground wire. The company failed to provide an estimate to fix the underground wire. No discount was offered for the work and a follow-up letter went unanswered.

The electricians were on time and finished the job as expected. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

The electrician who came out (Brian?) was friendly, courteous, and helpful. He was open to the fact that I wanted to do some of the grunt work to keep costs down, and was easy to work with. He was fast and did quality work. It was a little frustrating getting an accurate bid for the job, and it ended up being higher than the verbal estimates, though only by about 15%. I'd use this company again.

I called when I got home from work knowing I would be talking to an answering machine. The dispatcher called in the morning with a 2-hour slot 11-1. The electrician - whose name I have forgotten - showed up early in the scheduled time slot and quickly identified the problem. I was charged the minimum half-hour charge, no travel charges, plus a dollar and change for the replacement switch.

Called an left a message after hours. Returned our phone call 1st thing in the morning. Came over within a few hours. Ended up being a minor problem and promptly fixed. Since it only took a few minutes to fix, we had them work on some other minor repairs.

They were very prompt and good at getting back to you. Since I was out of state during the work, they were very good about calling me. If they had any questions about how something should go, they called and asked, going through everything with me. That was very helpful.

WE CHOSE TO GO WITH A COMPANY THAT GAVE US A LOWER ESTIMATE FOR THE SAME WORK.

THE JOB WAS QUITE EXPANSIVE AS WE HAD OUR HOME GUTTED TO THE STUDS. THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME TO OUR HOME WAS WONDERFUL. HIS NAME IS MIKE. HE WAS PUNCTUAL, UNOBTRUSIVE AND GAVE AN HONEST DAYS WORK. HE DID A FABULOUS JOB WORKING WITH THE HEATING/COOLING PEOPLE AND OTHER SUBCONTRACTORS. HE ALWAYS MADE ME AWARE OF A POTENTIAL PROBLEM BUT NEVER PUSHED ME TO DO SOMETHING. MY DAD WHO IS A HANDY MAN WAS ON THE JOB SITE ALMOST DAILY AND HE AS WELL COULD NOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH ABOUT MIKE AND HIS WORK AND THE WAY HE CONDUCTED HIMSELF. THEIR WORK WAS MORE THAN SATISFACTORY.

VERY COURTEOUS & CONSIDERATE OF MY POOR HEALTH DURING THE PROJECT, ESPECIALLY MARK. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION.

VERY GOOD WORK. VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY SHOWED GREAT CONCERN & EMPATHY WHEN A SERIOUS MEDICAL ISSUE AROSE, WHICH I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE.

THEY WERE ON TIME, POLITE, AND GOT THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT ON TIME AND DID A GOOD A JOB.

WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THEY ARRIVED LATE BOTH DAYS, TOOK SEVERAL HOURS FOR LUNCH AND LEFT EARLY. THEY INSTALLED POOR QUALITY OUTLETS AND A CHEAP HEATER. THEY TOLD US THAT IT WOULD BE $400 MORE FOR THEM TO DO WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS INCLUDED IN THE BID. WHEN THEY LEFT, 3 LIGHTS AND AN OUTLET WERE NOT WORKING. THEY PUT A HOLE IN THE WALL BY AN OUTLET AND CHIPPED THE COUNTER. IT TOOK US 6 WEEKS AND 10 PHONE CALLS TO REACH THEM TO COME BACK AND REPAIR THE LIGHTS. THEN, THEY SENT US A BILL FOR OVER $100 FOR ''FIXING'' THEIR SHODDY WORK. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY!!!

EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP, GOOD ATTITUDE. HE DID MISS ONE PART OF THE JOB, BUT CAME BACK LATER AND FIXED IT. MAYBE SOMEWHAT EXPENSIVE, BUT I'M NOT SURE.

THE ELECTRICIAN WAS ON TIME. HE CAME IN ASKED US WHAT WE WANTED DONE AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. HE WAS VERY QUIET, AND THAT MADE US UNSURE OF HOW APPROACHABLE HE MIGHT BE WITH ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD, BUT WHEN WE DID ASK HE WAS VERY POLITE. I THINK HE WAS A HARD WORKER STAYING FOCUSED ON THE JOB. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD IS WHEN I SAID TO ADD AN OUTLET FOR MY WASHER, THAT A 1 PLUG OUTLET WAS INSTALLED, NOT A 2 PLUG OUTLET THAT I AM USED TO SEEING IN OTHER HOMES. NOW I KNOW TO BE MORE SPECIFIC.

THE RECEPTIONISTS WERE PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE ELECTRICIAN THAT DID THE WORK WAS ON-TIME AND PLEASANT. I THOUGHT THE WORK TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN WHAT THE ESTIMATOR HAD DESCRIBED TO ME. IN THE END, THEY CHARGED THE $965 FEE (THE MAX UNDER THE BID), SINCE THE ELECTRICIAN WAS AT OUR HOME 4 TO 5 HOURS. I WAS UPSET AT FIRST ABOUT WORK QUALITY, SINCE THE WIRES WERE SPLICED WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE AND THE DROP STILL CONNECTED TO THE HOUSE QUITE A WAYS UNDER THE MAST. I CALLED THE ESTIMATOR TO COMPLAIN, WHO THOUGHT THAT THE WORK DONE WAS STRANGE, SAID HE WOULD LOOK AT AND HAVE SOMEONE COME FIX IT. LATER I TALKED TO HARLAN WHO SAID THE WAY THE WORK WAS DONE WAS NORMAL, AND THAT THE UTILITY COMPANY NEEDED TO MOVE THE ACTUAL WIRE UP TO THE MAST AND CREATE A PERMANENT CONNECTION, SO WHAT I WAS SEEING WAS TEMPORARY. IN THE END, I CAME HOME FROM WORK ONE DAY AND THE WIRE HAD BEEN MOVED UP AND THE PERMANENT CONNECTION MADE. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK IN THE END. I WOULD USE AGAIN.

THEY WERE REALLY WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH AND I LIKE THEM A LOT.

SERVICE TECH ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT SCHEDULED TIME. WE JUST MOVED INTO OUR HOUSE AND HAD A LIST OF ELECTRICAL AND PHONE ITEMS TO COMPLETE. FELT LIKE WE RECEIVED GOOD VALUE FOR THE ITEMS COMPLETED ON THE LIST - GOOD CLEANUP AFTERWARDS AS WELL.

AL WAS A BIT LATE FOR MY ELECTRICAL QUOTE. HE WAS PLEASANT AND LISTENED TO MY NEEDS. I WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY (LOCAL) MAINLY BECAUSE OF PRICE BUT ALSO DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET MY QUOTE IN THE MAIL.
