Description of Work: We had a strange issue with the lights out;ets which I was unable to diagnose in our bedrooms - needed someone to come out quick as I did not feel comfortable keeping the power/breaker on. They called me back and were able to fit me in that day in lieu of and "emergency service call". The team did a great job working thru the circuit and locating the issue. Great friendly and professional team!

Description of Work: They came out for am estimate. It was really expensive due to a specific detail I wanted done. However, they didn't tell me the estimate was so high because of the detail. Another company told me if we didn't do that detail the cost would be much lower. We went with the other company.

Description of Work: A tree limb fell on my power lines and ripped the electrical mast off my house. I had live wires laying in my yard. I called them on the morning of July 6th and they came that afternoon and completely repaired everything. Then they allowed me to submit bill to insurance for payment. Very high quality work. It was 103degrees that day.

THE YOUNG MAN WHO DID THE WORK WAS VERY NICE. HE MADE SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO IMPLEMENT, BUT I DID SINCE MY HOUSE IS MORE THAN 80 YEARS OLD. HE ALSO SHOPPED FOR THE ITEMS HE NEEDED BEFORE STARTING FOR MY HOUSE, WHICH SAVED ME MONEY BECAUSE THE COST IS BASED ON THEIR TIME FROM THEIR LOCATION TO THE END OF THE JOB.
