Rapid Regrout did a terrific job on our large tiled shower enclosed in glass. Sealed areas that were improperly sealed initially and made good recommendations about care and maintenance going forward. Also was terrific and thoughtful about our pets who were in the area. Would highly recommend.

I am totally happy with the results. The shower and bathroom floor look new again. Dan and his assistant showed up on time, did the work as promised, did not try to add any extra charges to the bill, and left the area spotless when done. He was extremely easy to deal with, answering all my questions in an understandable way. I will have no hesitation using him again, or recommending him to any of my friends, relatives or neighbors.

The grout in my master shower had been in place for fourteen years. Just in the last few months, a crack had formed and was spreading. I worried the whole floor had to be taken out, which would be expensive and difficult, because the tile was very exotic and I didn't think I could get any more. I had another provider (from Angie's List) come give me a bid and he quoted triple Dan's price and said it would be a lot more if he got in and found the underfloor needed to be redone. Dan came in, didn't try to scare me about what was wrong with the tile and while I'm sure he could tell I wouldn't know if his price was high or low for such work, he quoted exactly what it should cost for doing the real job at hand, not what he could get away with. He came within that week to do the job, on time and I was amazed at how fast and how clean he was in his work. When we were through, I told him I was so impressed, I didn't even want the Angie's List discount he offered, as I fully expected this job would cost me three times (if I was lucky). I would highly recommend Dan to anyone with a grout or tile problem. He knows his field better than most experts and treats you just how I think he would want to be treated. A very honest, very capable contractor - who by the way, did an outstanding job that you can't even tell he replaced anything!

I called Dan Thursday, he was at our house Friday morning and completed the job on Saturday. He does high-quality work at a great price and is a great guy. We love our new slate floor.

He did a nice job. However, I recently called him back with some problems that I'm having with the work that he did. He told me that he would call me back, but he hasn't. I was happy with the work he did but am still waiting to a**** his quality of follow up.

He emailed me an estimate for some grout and tile work. I went with another company that offered a lower price. He was very polite.

Many companies promise more than they can deliver with their names. With Rapid Regrout the opposite is true. This company is about a lot more than careful and quick regrouting although Dan is an expert at that. Dan and his assistant absolutely transformed two large bathrooms. The builder of our house failed to put down a stabilizing surface when installing tile, thus insuring problems later on. The tiles began to loosen in certain spots. Dan removed the old tile and grout, evened the surface and screwed down a stabilizing surface. He advised us about possible tile choices - the pros and drawbacks of each. Once we had the tile, he advised us on a very nice pattern that avoided the traditional grid pattern and we love how it looks. The tile was laid with skill and care and everything is perfect in both bathrooms. Ugly tile "baseboards" were removed and Dan replaced them with prefinished baseboards. This and the cutting of the tile had to be very precise as both bathrooms have two angled walls. Dan also took special care in the regrouting, caulking and sealing of the showers as one had a barely visible crack that allowed water to seep into the wall and then to the other side of the wall. It is such a relief to have that fixed! Dan could see where the problem was coming from. The results are outstanding. I would like to add that Dan and his assistant worked very neatly and always swept, etc. so household disturbance was kept to a minimum. Both gentlemen were very easy to work with and even showed kindness to our cat. We will certainly use Rapid Regrout again. Now that we have such nice bathrooms we know we want to redo our sun porch and entry.

Dan did a great job for us. He gave us an estimate over the phone, and the final price ended up being right on. We had old vinyl flooring that we said would be removed, but we hadn't had time to do this before he arrived. He removed the flooring, and since we had removed the toilet tank (but not bowl), thus saving him time, he didn't charge us extra for removing the flooring. He suggested doing the tile in a brick pattern instead of simple rows, which we hadn't thought of. The end result looks great. We are very happy with the work and would definitely hire Rapid Regrout again.

Dan did most of the work in the original three days promised. There were some interuptions due to other promised jobs, but as I had added some extra tasks I was okay with that. The final cost was somewhat above the original bid, for the reason mentioned above, additional labor and material costs. However I consider the work done to have been excellent AND a bargain next to what my neighbor had been bid by some contractors for the same work and results that are not as satisfying.

Dan know his business. He took an old shower and really spiffed it up. The tub surround looks new. We're very pleased with the results.

Dan arrived on time and got right to work. He is a hard worker and pleasant to deal with. He had some difficulty with matching the color of the grout, but painted the new grout to match existing.

Everything went according to plan. No surprises. Took an extra day to touch up a few spots that dried darker.

Called Dan and left a message. He called me back that evening and I told him about our problem. He came out the next day and looked at the shower and gave me an estimate. also brought a book to show me pictures of other repairs he has done. We scheduled the work for the following week as I was going out of town the next day. He fixed the marble that had cracked, repaired the huge separation between the seat and the wall, cleaned a big area of calcification on the floor of the shower, colored the grout a slightly darker color to even out the tone, sealed the grout and tile and redid the caulking around the shower door and frame. As he did the work on a Wednesday, we waited till the following week to seal the grout. He cleaned up everything very nicely, was polite, courteous, professional and accurate in his estimate. He had gotten some very good reviews so I didn't get any other bids. It was in keeping with his other bids I saw on the List.

Excellent work by Dan Holm. I scheduled the work a few days out, and he was able to come when it was most convenient for me. He removed the old grout, cleaned everything, applied new grout. Two days later he returned to buff the tiles, seal the grout and apply caulk. It looks terrific. He also gave me advice on cleaning products and tile maintenance, as well as additional sealant to maintain the shower in the future. He was professional, neat, thorough, friendly and very easy to work with.
