Description of Work: Re-grouted and sealed tile around tub/shower in two bathrooms. Cleaned and re-sealed grout in entryway. The entry way had not been done in 20 years, looks brand new now.

Description of Work: Zenon (Very nice earnest guy .. low key, informed) got right back to me when I called him and was at my house within a day. He said he'd give me a quote by the weekend. I never heard from him. Called him back on Monday or Tuesday to see if he had come up with a quote yet (left a vm for him). Never heard back from him ... got a good feeling from him, would have hired him if he gave me a decent quote ..!!??

Description of Work: Dan regrouted tile in our bathroom. He also, without my asking, put new caulking in areas that needed it. Dan did a great job and I would not only hire him again but would also refer him to others.

Description of Work: Dan did a great job. Cleaned, regrouted, sealed. Large entry foyer and two halls ways, powder room and master bath. He also regrouted caulk in the Jaccuzzi steam shower. Really liked him, fair price and will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Purchased a home, that wasn't maintained well. Grout in the showers/bathroom was decaying. Had 3 estimates, 2 of them were very high for what I know. Dan @ Rapid - Regrout came in with a very fair estimate. I knew that the sheet-rock was fine, this is where 2 bids lost my business. They wanted to replace the walls and/or start from scratch. I could have done that work for less amount of the bids. Dan came in, said that walls were fine and if we remove old grout and replace, will be fine. Confirmed what inspector said and what I know. I will definitely refer Dan and his company to anyone that asks me.

Description of Work: I called and spoke to a guy named Dan. I was calling several vendors and asking if they could give me just a rough estimate over the phone to regrout the area around my bathtub. One wanted to see the actual job. Of the others, Dan's price was the best. I said his price was good and I would understand if he wanted to modify it a bit once he saw the job. He scheduled our job for the following Monday. He showed up when he said he would, removed the old grout plus the caulk at the tub line and then put in new grout and caulk. He let it set of 72 hours and came back on Thursday to seal the grout. And he kept to his phone quote price. I'm very happy with the work Dan did and with his professionalism. I wanted this done while my wife is traveling to visit family. I know she will also be very pleased once she sees the way the bath looks now.

Description of Work: THE JOB CONSISTED OF TILING AN AREA APPROXIMATELY TWO FEET ABOVE THE BATHTUB ON TWO WALLS. THIS INCLUDED CUTTING TILE AROUND FIXTURES AND TRIMMING DOWN TO THE FLOOR ALONG TWO SIDES OF THE TUB. DAN ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED TO PROVIDE THE ESTIMATE. HE DISCUSSED THE JOB WITH MY WIFE AND MADE SOME HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS. MY WIFE DOES HOME CHILD CARE AND WE HAVE ONLY THE SINGLE BATHROOM. THEREFORE, IT WAS IMPORTANT THAT THE JOB BE DONE WITH AS LITTLE DISRUPTION TO HER BUSINESS AS POSSIBLE. DAN ESTIMATED THE AMOUNT OF TILE WE SHOULD PURCHASE FOR THE JOB. AFTER PURCHASING THE TILE, WE WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION THE FOLLOWING WEEK. DAN LOOKED OVER THE TILE PATTERN WE HAD SELECTED, MADE A FEW GOOD SUGGESTIONS, AND WITH THE HELP OF HIS PARTNER, FINISHED THE JOB IN A FEW HOURS. DAN'S PARTNER RETURNED A FEW DAYS LATER TO SEAL THE WORK. THE JOB LOOKS GOOD AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THEY GET BONUS POINTS FOR LIKING KIDS AND DOGS.

Description of Work: I HAVE A HOME, BUILT IN 1951, THAT HAS THE ORIGINAL TILE. A GREAT YELLOW AND BLACK THAT IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE EXCEPT FOR TWO THINGS. ONE SMALL AREA WAS MOLDY AND THE GROUT, WHICH WAS ALSO ORIGINAL, WAS LOOKING RATHER SHABBY. RAPID REGROUT REMOVED THE TILES WHERE THE MOLD WAS, THOROUGHLY CLEANED AND REPLACED THEM, REGROUTED THE ENTIRE BATHROOM, AND SEALED THE SHOWER AREA. IT LOOKS FABULOUS! WITH SOME PAINT AND UPDATED FIXTURES, MY RETRO BATHROOM IS NOW NOUVEAU RETRO. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED.

Description of Work: DAN HOLM REGROUTED MY ENTIRE BATHROOM THAT HAS THE OLDER ORIGINAL ST. PAUL HIGHLAND AREA 1938 HOME TILE THAT'S IRREPLACEABLE. AROUND TUB (TILE GOES UP TO CHEST/NECK HEIGHT), AND ENTIRE BATH (CHEST HEIGHT). DAN PERFORMED THE WORK IN ONE, LONG, FULL DAY. I DECIDED TO SEAL THE GROUT MYSELF (WHICH PROBABLY SAVED $100+), WHICH NEEDS TO BE DONE 2-3 DAYS AFTER REGROUTING. WARRANTIES THE WORK FOR 2 YEARS.
