We hired Point to provide us with an estimate, which they came out to do. The next day, no estimate was provided and they "declined the job," citing a busy workload. It was unclear what the real reason was. Professional? I think not.

My ceiling fan had a large short, which fried all the wires causing numerous lighting in my home to go out. The providers at Point Electric provided fast and friendly service and were very professional and easy to work with. My children were present at the time of the work and the provider took the extra step to not only ensure the area remained safe, but also took time to interact with them. I highly recommend this company and their work, they take the time to do the job right, clean up any mess that occurs during the visit and are very responsive. Some things not so common in the twin cities.

Everything went very well, he returned my original call very quickly and was able to come out and do the work within 2 days. He was very polite and made sure to take his shoes off and clean up after himself. He had to uninstall the ugly chandelier that was hanging in the kitchen, and cut out 4 new holes for the can lights. This part was pretty messy, but you wouldn't have known it after he was done. He fished the wire around and before you knew it my kitchen looked sleek and updated. The new kitchen remodel has a peninsula, so he cut in and installed pendant lights over it which look so cool! Overall I was pleased with the price and the quality of work he provided.
