Mac's TUBS

It went fine. It was pretty straight forward. They just deliver and pick up the tubs. There are some rules about the use of the tubs, and they charge extra for appliances and some electrical equipment.

Both drivers were helpful and courteous. The drop-off driver let me know that our car was far enough way to be safe. My little girls loved seeing the BIG TRUCK come to our house.

They were very thorough on the phone to find out just what construction materials you would be disposing of and the exact location of where the dumpster will be placed, as well as the time window for drop off and pick up. We ended up needing to request a 2nd dumpster, as we had more debris than we had planned on. The only drawback was that they would not let me use the Angie's List discount for the 2nd dumpster.

Renting from TUBS was a breeze. They answered all our questions. Communication was excellent. Delivery and pick-up just as expected. No surprises! We appreciated the 10% coupon in Angies book, also.

The dumpster arrived and it was placed where I had specified. I filled it in a day and they came two days later to retrieve it. It was pretty simple.

The delivered the tub and placed it exactly where I directed them to place it. When I was finished I called to have it removed and they came promptly.

Tubs, Inc. Was the best price in the Metro area for a three cubic yard dumpster. It was easy to arrange for the dumpster, fill it, and arrange for pick up. This was the third time I have used a dumpster service, and Tubs, Inc. Was comparable to the others in service, while being a little cheaper.

They have a nice website and friendly people on the phone. But their prices just don't make sense when compared with ordering a large roll-off dumpster. (I might consider them for small loads or for dumping brush, which other companies generally don't want to handle).

They have great service. They delivered and picked up on time and as promised. They were also very careful not to damage anything (driveway included) when setting the tubs into place. One minor thing is that they are almost unreasonably strict about what can and can't go into the tubs. If you say it's construction waste, they'll balk at even a single McDonald's cup. Otherwise, they're fine. Try not to underestimate how many you might need (easy to do), as they give a nice discount if you order more than one at a time.

We called and they delivered the next day. Didn't need to keep the dumpster the entire week, only 2 days, so called and they picked up the next day. The person that I spoke to on the phone was vert pleasant.

Customer service was excellent. Delivered dumpster as promised and removed on schedule. Answered all questions asked, very good follow-up.

The gentleman who delivered the dumpster surprised me because he was at my home bright and early the very next day after I requested their services.He was very pleasant and patient as I moved 2 vehicles out of the way.He had been made aware of the fact that I was getting an Angie's List 10% discount, and did not forget to request my coupon. Then he expertly placed the dumpster on the side of our driveway. When I requested that the dumpster be picked up early,there was no problem in doing so. It was picked up the next day. I didn't even know they'd been here! The young women who talked to me on the phone was also very pleasant and helpful. She was very clear in her descripton of their services. She was also thorough in getting an explanation from me re: determination of appropriate amount of slate allowed in the dumpster. All in all, a very nice experience, especially considering the unpleasant task of cleaning the junk out of our garage!

The tub was delivered and retrieved on time. We weren't home and had left instructions to place the tub as close to a spot marked on our driveway as possible. The tub was placed exactly as requested. They were extremely easy to work with, promptly and professionally answering my questions regarding what can and cannot be placed in the tub.

They were efficient and were even able to drop the tubs off earlier than they said they would. They then returned the same day I called them for pickup to take the tubs away. It was a very good experience.

Tub arrived and was picked up as discussed. This was a pleasant experience from calling to inquire and order tub through pickup. I intend on using them again in the future.

It was very prompt, efficient, and a pretty good value.

I was re-roofing my house. They told me how many squares each tub holds and what I could put in them. They delivered them on time and took them away on the day they said.

Great work from Tubs! I wasn't there when they dropped off the tub dumpster, but they placed it just where I wanted it. When they picked it up I met the guy and he did a great job. It was a little difficult to remove, as a neighbor's car was near, and the tub was filled with the maximum 21 inches of rocks/cement. It weighed a great deal. The driver operated the crane well and had the tub removed without any troubles. I was impressed with how easy it all went and will use Tubs again. Thanks.

It was a very easy process. They rules on what could not be dumped was easy to understand and follow. I called to have it picked up and again spoke to a very nice person. They let me know the tub would be gone within three days. No problems at all. I would use them again.

The window for delivery of the tub was two days, which wasn't an issue for me since I knew I wouldn't be getting to the project early. Besides that, the whole process was very smooth. They were very concerned with getting notes on exactly where I wanted the tub placed, since I wasn't going to be around when they dropped it off, and they did a perfect job following my directions. I asked them to pick the tub up early, and they did. They returned phone calls promptly and were very friendly and polite.

They were very pleasant on the phone & delivered the dumpsters the next day. When they could not place them where I wanted, they called me to check on placement. When they were full, I called & they were able to pick them up the same day. There are a lot of restrictions on what can & cannot be put in the dumpsters which should be better explained before the order is placed, but their service is excellent.

TUBS runs a great service. The service reps are all very helpful and friendly on the phone. The tub was delivered as promised and removed as promised, placed accurately according to my instructions, and did not damage the driveway. I could have used another one too - they are each 3 cubic yards, and I am remodeling an attic (lots of drywall and paneling debris). If the job is on the small-medium side, I would definitely use them again.
