Mac's TUBS

They delivered on time and took some junk I hadn't expected them to, like an old power supply, which is electronic, and old phones. I checked with them first and they approved them. They were not able to put the dumpsters in my driveway because of the slope, so they put them on the lawn on one side of the driveway - on the snowbank. That made them a little high to put stuff in, but it really wasn't a problem.

I estimated I would need two 3 cubic yard dumpsters for the construction debris. Two dumpsters came to about $200. A 10 yard dumpster from another source was quoted to me at $300. So this seemed the way to go. I filled the 2 dumpsters in one Saturday and had to order 2 more to be delivered on Monday and I promptly filled them. TUBS service was great, but in the future I'll order at least twice the size I think I'll need.

I called Tubs, and got information from them. The customer service representative on the phone was very helpful and the service they gave me was good. The option they gave me saves my money and time. I haven't dealt with a tub yet. They gave me an option of getting a dumpster, which was good. I can keep the dumpster for a week, following which they will come and pick it up again.

This is a great way to get rid of the accumulation from a garage or basement.

We rented our first TUB in October to tear out carpeting in our basement and the second one a few weeks later in Nov to throw out damaged household items from the basement. The second rental was fairly spur of the moment but they were still able to have the dumpster out to use within less than 48 hours notice. The small size dumpster that we rented both times costs $125 for building/construction (carpeting included) materials and an extra $50 for household items. Very satisfied with service.

They were punctual, their price was reasonable. They were very friendly when we dealt with them. I liked them the first time so I called them back again. They were flexible when I needed them to be.

The representative at TUBS explained the procedure in detail, asked all pertinent questions, and helped me figure out what type of dumpsters and how many I needed. They were able to get the dumpsters in my driveway same-day, which was fantastic for our project. The dumpsters were here for a week, and were picked up within the 48 hour window TUBS outlined for me. The price was very fair (especially with the Angie's List discount, which was great) compared to a few others I called.

Their customer service reps are great and answer the phone quickly. They walk you through exactly what you need to know (what type of dumpster you need based on what you're dumping, how to fill your tub properly, etc.) The delivery was great and they even put it to the side of our driveway so we could still get a car in our garage. They picked it up early as we requested. The scheduled pickup /delivery window they give you is a bit wide, but other than that we're completely satisfied. It was great that they had an Angie's list coupon to help us save.

I called and they had a dumpster out the next day. It was put in the correct spot and I was happy that. It included 7 days use before pick up. When it was time to pick it up, they left a voicemail saying it would be on the 7th or 8th day. It ended up being on the 8th day which was fine.

After seeing good reviews on Angie's List, we called TUBS to arrange for a dumpster to be delivered so that we could dispose of a large amount of yard waste. The customer service was great, everything was clearly explained, and a time for delivery and pick-up of the dumpster was arranged. Dumpster arrived on schedule and was placed exactly where we had requested, even though we were not home at the time of delivery. We were done with it early and called to have it picked up; it was picked up within two business days of our call. It was a great experience all around. And we loved having the Angie's List coupon!

We had the tub for a week and got done what we needed to do. The entire process (other than cleaning the storage room) was painless and efficient. The delivery/pickup has a 24 (maybe 48) hour window, but we did not need to be present to take care of anything. Very simple, efficient and reliable.

Having read many comments here on the list, I was pretty well prepared for the specifics of what could and couldn't go in the tub and how I could and couldn't fill it. The folks were very pleasant to deal with, were not at all rushed and explained everything very thoroughly. I absolutely knew what to expect, when and where to expect it, and what to do with it when it arrived. They took my credit card information over the phone and accepted my Angie's List coupon over the phone also. I never actually saw an employee. They delivered and picked up the tub while nobody was home. No problems at all.

Great. They arrived while I was at the store and they placed them right where I wanted them to. They also called before they came to pick them up so I knew how much time I had. I certainly would use them again!

I first ordered one tub. But the tub was smaller than what I was expecting, and all of my garbage did not fit, so I had to order a second tub. The company seems very well organized. They have good customer service. My only complaint is that they are too strict. They kept bugging me about not giving them my Angie's List coupon, although I understand completely why they wanted it. I just kept forgetting to leave it for them. They are also very strict about the contents of the tubs. I first ordered a construction load, but then switched to a mixed load because I was nervous of being assessed some type of penalty fee if I had a few non-construction waste items in the tub. They are also strict about not overfilling the tub, although I can understand why. In sum, service overall was pretty good. But my biggest complaint is the size of the tub. If I could do it all over again, I probably would just have gone with a company who hauls the garbage for you.
