Jonny was on time for the appointment scheduled to provide an estimate. After we talked about the work to be done, he asked if I was in a hurry to make another appointment while he calculated the cost. I said "no" and then he said okay then I'm not in a hurry either. I went inside while he wrote up the estimate. The price and his availability to complete the work worked for me and he said the tree would be gone within 2 weeks. He asked how I preferred to be contacted the day they took the tree down, ie., phone, email or text. I opted for text. About 6 business days later, I received a text that they were there to remove the tree. No prompting required on my part, no followup calls. We had an agreement, he kept his word and when I came home, aside from noticing the tree was gone, well the yard was left free of debris. One of my neighbors commented too on how well Jonny had left the surrounding lawn area after removing the tree. I will be having Johnny do more tree related work in the spring/summer.
