There was an issue with the initial salesman quoting the incorrect materials needed for the job, but when Derrick (the handyman that came to do the work) showed up, he took it on himself to get that issue quickly resolved with minimal delay & no extra effort required by us.

Small job. Replaced gutter and facia in small area. Very happy with the work done by Chase. Only issue was the schedule- started two weeks later than agreed. That would not have bothered me in the nice weather but we were into November and I wanted this outside project done before winter. Turns out that the weather held and project got done. So overall satisfied and will use Handyman Connect again.

In retrospect, I shouldâ ve asked for a range of cost. For example, if the wood trim was found to be rotten, then it wouldâ ve been replaced and stained, etc. The wood was not rotten so it was just nailed down but I still paid the full price. The handyman, Chase, was very professional and did a great job. He gets five stars. I am only downgrading the overall company to four stars because I think I shouldâ ve been able to pay a little bit less since the larger scope of the work was not necessary. Again, I am taking the blame since I agreed to the standard price.

Very friendly good workmanship

Gene came here to redo work that was done by a different person at this company. Gene did such an excellent job! His attention to detail and caring is evident. He does amazing work work. He made and installed handrails on both sides of my steps up and down.
