Jim mowed my lawn this summer, great price and great work. He will be cleaning up leaves this fall. Great company

It was a thorough job. All the grass was cut and hauled away and the area was left clean and pristine.

Provider was overbooked and could not perform service. he did the second best thing by providing a referral.

Our front and back yards are composed of 3 sides of large, deep gardens each. He showed up when he said, worked non-stop and got the job done in one session plus bagged & hauled all of the debri away. He did a better job than I ever have and I have been a picky gardener for over 40 years. His price is very reasonable, he is very personable and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a really nice looking spring cleaned garden in preparation for summer.

Several years ago my mother had to hire people to mow her grass. She lives on a busy street corner lot and is very picky about how her yard looks. Over the past years we had several services mow her yard. They all refused to use a regular mower & would use riding mowers which left the grass unevenly cut, laying down in areas, and generally looked unkempt.. I contacted Handy and Sons and was impressed by the ease of discussing the upcoming job, the very reasonable price, and that he uses a regular mulching mower and haul away any spring clean out debris. The spring clean out was outstanding. His weekly mowing is beautiful!! Also, he sends out a monthly statement that lists when he will be mowing and the cost - no guess work or change in costs for whatever reason - all is up front. I and my mother are very impressed with his work and she has said over and over to me how happy she is that I found Handy and Sons to do her yard. I can heartily recommend him to anyone who is tired of excuses for freshly cut but unkempt looking work. He takes pride in his work and it shows!

They were pretty flexible with schedules.

They were prompt, efficient and accomplished all of this very quickly and made it look easy. When Jim comes here I feel he really wants to help. We spent some time discussing many other projects I want to do. He has good ideas and suggestions for locating appropriate resources if it involves a special skill such as taping and plaster repair. I really appreciate this. I hope he will be available for a long time until I get these many projects done. Jim has helped me in the past. I will never look for another handyman as long as he is available.

Jim always does a good job. My yard is very clean when they leave. Glad I have his service.

Jim trimmed numerous very high large branches from our very tall, very old backyard tree that was starting to hover our our house and deck. We had another company come out last year and charged twice the amount Jim did and did half as good a job. Outstanding service, outstanding job.

It has been seven days and they have not responded to my email. In my opinion, very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

It was good and fine experience. They were professional and they came when they said they would and they gave me an estimate and start the job and I can’t even remember but anyway when they came back I’m late for work and they were left in the house and they do what they suppose to do. They were efficient.

He did a good job. The ramp is a lot more secure now.

They have great communication. They are professional. They do a great job. My yard looks great. Greg is great to work with, he is very honest about his scheduling and time frame for work.

It was a pleasant experience.

I was very pleased that he was willing to come out to give us his best estimate. He called me back promptly to let me know what the price would be - and then we contracted a date that he would complete the work. Because of the weather at the time, he made sure to let me know that the weather could affect the planned date but that the work would be completed by a specific date. He came 2 days prior to when he said he would come due to the nice weather - and when I asked him about payment he said, "Oh, don't worry about that - I'll just send an invoice." Very professional and warm - he made everything about it very convenient and trouble free for me - I would definitely hire Handy & Sons again.

I hired Jim last year to remove my leafs and they did a great job. He returned my call quickly and was able to get the job done quickly the next week. I called this year and his voicemail said he wasn't taking anymore clients - so left a message asking for a referral. He called me back that afternoon and said he would take care of me this year. Told him I wanted to stay on his listing every fall. As usual they did a great job - I have alot of leaves and my yard looks great. Thanks Jim - I can see why you have so many clients.

As always, Jim came through when I really had a pressing need right away. We were having our garage resided, and I only found out during the walk through with the sider on a Thursday that he needed the multiple small "volunteer" trees around the garage removed because they were so close they would interfere with the siding job. Since these trees were not important,that was fine with me but how to do it before the Monday start day was a problem! I called Jim and left a message, and he immediately called back and said he could come out the very next day, that Friday. Sure enough, he showed up and made it look so easy with his chainsaw, clearing away all the trees and made everything ready for the siders. I was so grateful, as always. He also hauled away all of the wood, thank goodness. It was a tremendous help to us, since the job would have taken us all weekend and we would not have known how to do it well. Worth every single penny.

I was out of contact when Handy & Sons performed the work, but Jim communicated the estimate and schedule clearly, and gave me a good heads-up just before doing the work. Both areas worked on look great, and are perfectly primed for our gardening plans. I received a clear invoice immediately after the works was performed, and the price was exactly in line with the estimate. We will definitely use Handy & Sons again.

Jim was great to work with. He was quick to assess the project, make a bid and complete it. Put 200 bags of mulch in our garden beds and it looks great! I would highly recommend him to others.

The experience was great! I really like how I could communicate and set everything up with Jim by e-mail. With my busy schedule, e-mail is much easier for me than trying to catch each other by phone, so I appreciate that. He was quick to respond, and communication was pleasant and clear. For the move, Jim and another person came a few minutes early and started working right away. It was a lot of work, but they completed everything very smoothly and with good communication. It's such a relief to be able to hand off such a large task to responsible, capable people and have it all done within a matter of hours! This is how I felt about the fall and spring cleanup too. I had previously taken on these kinds of projects myself, and they would take hours and hours over many days, taking up a lot of my time, and physical and mental energy. It's a massive relief to know that when I ask Jim to handle a project, it'll all be done quickly and well. He is the first person I think of when I have a project that he can take on, and I highly, highly recommend him.

They are great with everything they do.They showed up on time and were very efficient. They always have the manner power to do the job. They are excellent.

He was good. I called them so that somebody could come right away and they were able to fit me in and that was good. They return my calls immediately. Their prices are fair. I will use them in the future.
