Description of Work: Replaced eroded concrete block and put up new drain spout. |This was the bottom outside basement corner block so they had to dig it out, replace the block, waterproof and fill in the area with dirt. I was very happy with the work and have had no basement leaks since the work was completed. I am not sure of the price since this was a year ago but it was very reseasonable.

Description of Work: My garage apron was sinking and I was getting water in the basement below the garage. Once they started digging, they discovered a lot of deterioration and had to replace a row of cider blocks. Then they laid down a rubber mat to keep the water away from the cinder blocks. I thought the waterproofing techniques were great! Rob was very knowledgeable, responsive, and addressed all my concerns. He supervised his crew well. The crew was also very friendly and hard working.

Description of Work: Replace 90 percent of the drain tile in the basement. Removed old sump pump and installed new sump pump. Regraded part of the front yard, applied durable landscape fabric, secured it, covered with waterproof material, replaced landscape rocks. | |Jerry is great to work with and he is onsite during the job. He works with the crew and leads by example. His crew worked efficiently and they seemed to have fun while they were working. I think this is due to Jerry's leadership. I did not expect this and was surprised to see how well the crew worked together. For the drain tile, Jerry brought in a big crew. They started at 7:30 a.m. and finished by 2 p.m.. I was impressed and the work is high quality. I strongly recommend at least getting an estimate from Jerry. I will use again in the future for any cement, grading or patio work.
