Description of Work: Just got a quote from Bill, but he was very punctual, friendly and knowledgable. Took the time to talk with us about the work we felt we needed done to our basement and surrounding landscape, in great detail. Was happy to answer any questions we had, including in a follow up call. His recommendations on the work we need to do to prevent water from entering our basement seem right on! If we choose to have this work done, we would go with a company of this high quality.

Description of Work: I contacted this company for an estimate on foundation work. I had to call them 3 times before their estimator finally called me back to schedule an appointment. Each time I called back after not hearing from them, the receptionist would tell me that he had already contacted me. He had not. FINALLY, he called me and set-up an appointment which he promplty kept. He gave me several options for the repair, seemed knowledgable, and said he would email the bid to me. After a week, I did not receive any bid, so I called them AGAIN and spoke to the receptionist, who told me she would check in with him and get back to me, It is over 2 weeks and I still have not heard from them. This is what I have gone thru in time and energy just to get a written estimate. I would not recommend this company.
