I paid $500 at the time of the estimate. However, after 3 1/2 weeks, they haven't billed me for the rest. I received a same day estimate on the first day that I contacted them. They were able to schedule me very timely.

Randy was very responsive and professional in his work. I was putting my house on the market and discovered a tiny crack weeping water into the basement. Randy responded in a day and repaired it from the outside and inside and guaranteed it for the life of the house. I highly recommend using Gardner Concrete!

Someone came out to check out our basement the very next day even though there were lots of water problems reported all over. I had contacted another company and there was a wait time of 2 weeks just to get an assessment and estimate. The person who checked our basement was very knowledgeable and gave us two possible solutions and he didn't push the more expensive one. Ultimately for various reasons we decided to wait until later this year to have the problem fixed but will most definitely use G. Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing.

We were very pleased with the overall performance of Randy and his crew. They arrived exactly on time, worked like crazy and were done in two days. They moved everything that needed to be moved (shelves, washer & dryer, etc) and covered everything with plastic. When the job was complete they cleaned up so that all we needed to do was put things back when the new concrete had dried. The timeliness was important as the basement was seriously flooding due to this year's extremely high water table. We hired Randy Monday evening and they started the work Thurs morning. It was a very impressive effort.

Gardner supplied an estimate back in November, but because of the holidays, we didn't act immediately. Once we'd had our first rain this year, we realized we needed to act again, and Gardner honored our original estimate. I think I called on a Friday, and they offered to do the job the following Wednesday. I had to do minimum prep to make the basement ready for them. They arrived promptly at 7:30, the time they had scheduled to start. There were 3 people on site to work, including the owner. It took them about 7 hours to complete the work. They left our basement clean. They were good about asking how we wanted things done--where we wanted to place the sump pump and the drainage pipe. They patched part of the foundation where the concrete had chipped away. We haven't had enough rain yet to really put their work to the test, but we are impressed with their workmanship and felt the price was reasonable for the work done.

These guys were great. Randy did our estimate and was very nice and didn't pressure us to make a decision. They were on time and professional. They worked efficiently the whole time. Randy was around for most of the job and was really nice. We will likely use them again for another job and I would recommend them to anyone.

We did not use this company for our project. The experience was good and may call them for another job down the line.

I absolutely love this company! From the very first phone call for an estimate to the second time having them do more work. They are very professional, and clean. The did an excellent job both times they were here. When I called the second time a year later, Lori remembered me. I love that this is a family run business too. They left the place so clean it didn't even look like there were people here.

They were absolutely excellent. I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them. I contacted them a couple of times over the years on a really big project and did not go forward with the first contact but I finally did and went back to them. I was so impressed and also they did a lot of work and a lot of people think they were fine. I like their creativity in solving problems. They were extremely imaginative and very professional. They were efficient and made very little mess and cleaned up after themselves. It was amazing. If you did not know how bad it was, you would never have guessed if you come looking at it.

Repair work went very smoothly. They had a very professional and friendly crew. They arrived with enough men to do the repair in approximately two hours, which seemed very fast! Each worker knew exactly what to do as directed by their boss Randy Gardner. I was completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others seeking concrete work. Great Job!

It was great working with Randy. He was on time to our scheduled appointment and got right to work diagnosing the issue. He gave us a quote and said one of his guys would be out in the next couple of days to repair the cracked foundation. Two days later I returned home from work and the foundation where the cracks had been were filled in and it looks great! This fixed two problems we were having, mice and a cracked foundation. My husband and I are so pleased with the work Randy and his team did that we will be calling him in the spring to get our driveway done as well.

Everything went fine. They didn't encounter any problems. Randy and his four employees took about 7 hours to complete the job. They covered up most of the laundry room with plastic, and cleaned up when they were done, so there was nothing left to do except put back everything I had moved out of the way.

Overall we had a very good experience with Randy Gardner and crew.We called G. Gardner Concrete & Waterproofing because of rain water coming in on one part of the basement. After a few days Mark came out to our house and gave us an estimate. Mark and Randy answered all of our questions and concerns and came up with a good solution for our problem.The whole job took one morning. They came out on time, were very friendly, replaced the drain tile, created a slope outside the house and left the house very clean.

Crew was great: friendly, efficient, thorough. Workers taking out the sidewalk removed it within an hour and a half, without disturbing plantings in the front yard. They left the side yard clean after removal of all the cement pieces. My neighbors commented on how efficiently they worked. Interior patching work done was actually more extensive than original bid, with no extra charge. The floor opening was filled exactly as we had requested, retaining access to a shut off valve but providing maximum coverage. My husband and I are both very pleased with the work done. We recommend them highly.

After some heavy rain we had water in a corner of the basement. I contacted Randy for an estimate. He arrived promptly and was very knowledge about our problem and how to fix it. He also had some suggestions on landscaping. He provided an estimate on the spot which was less than we expected. He also provides a guarnetee that his fix will solve the problem. His crew showed up the next week (very quick response time from estimate to work completion). There were about 5 people doing the work under Randy's supervision. It took them about 3 hours to do the work. They also inspected and tested the sump pump to make sure it was in working condition. After the work is complete Randy sent a written guarentee as promised. Since the work was completed we have had some heavy rainfall (about 3 inches) and the basement is dry as a bone. I highly recommend Randy for any waterproofing needs.

Excellent service all around! Randy showed up promptly for the estimate, looked carefully at all the areas I had questions about, and recommended what did - and didn't - need attention. He explained how the repair would be done, how long the new concrete would last, and what the alternatives were if I decided not to do the repairs. On the working day, his crew of half a dozen workers were prompt, polite, friendly and fast. They put down sheeting to protect the floors leading to the basement and asked me to walk around the basement again, showing them all the spots that needed repair. When they had finished patching, they brought me back down again to check their work and make sure they hadn't missed anything. I didn't have to clean out the garage to get ready for them - they quickly moved all the rakes and lawn chairs and etc. themselves. When I got home from work, the garage foundation and the apron looked better than new. Excellent experience!

Excellent experience from the initial call to the job's completion. Randy set up an appointment for the estimate, showed up on time, explained what needed to be done & that they've done this kind of work previously. The history of the company, plus the experience of his crew were also factors in our decision to go with G Gardner Concrete. After deciding to have them do the garage foundation, we also decided to have the basement windows replaced with glass block. Work started the very next day on the project. The crew showed up when scheduled, worked together as a team, and got the job done on time. This is a very professional company that I would highly recommend.

Randy was very professional. They had a timely response and arrived on the job on time. When they left the job the first day they did a great job cleaning up. They kept the dust down and I was happy with the job.

It was fantastic!!! They showed up at 7a, which is the time they said they would be there. They started with 3 mguys and eventually, I think it went to 5 guys. They thought it would take two days-they were done by 1pm. We went over to do a final check it was exactly what we wanted done and done wonderfully. He even found a hole in the foundation much deeper that anyone expected, dug a hole and filled it. .

From the first call Randy was very personable, freindly and helpful. He and the team not only delivered a high quality job, he gave us advice that was very useful. He also included some extra work that was needed that was not identified ahead of time but it really helped us out in that he did a complete job. I would highly recommend them.

I spend very little time in my unfinished basement because it's damp. When I noticed cracks in a wall - I contacted my home inspector who recommended getting an opinion from GGardner. Randy Gardner came, checked things out and explained in terms that I could understand. He offered a discount because of the two projects, and there was a coupon on the Angie's List website. His crew was able to do the work of doing concrete reinforcement of the wall at risk, adding a buttress wall, and install drain tile system with a sump pump - the next week, when I was conveniently off work. They came on time, got the job done and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Randy was on site the whole time too. While I haven't been through the soggy spring season yet, I'm expecting this to be extremely helpful - and just might finish the basement sometime. I would definitely recommend this contractor.

The response to my initial request for an estimate was within two days. The business owner was the representative. He made an appointment with us and was on time. The estimate was not the cheapest we got, but it was more thorough and explicit. The explanation of the job was handled very professionally. We had to wait a few weeks before they were able to do the work, but we were told that up front. The work was done very quickly and very well. The attention to detail was excellent, even to the point of adjusting the job to make sure the product performs well. The job site was left clean. Mike Holmes would be proud.

pleasant rep for estimate. estimate about same as major name co. major problem was timing. promised w/in two days of signing contract work was not completed for 3 weeks. they didn't call to advise of delays, and were still not on top of communication after I complained. work was adequate but did not include the expansion joints I was promised. site safety and cleanup excellent.
