Description of Work: Eric is a very nice man. He has got to my home right on time, and finished out dry wall fixing with certain difficulty to reach. After he is done, the whole palce looks so nice. I definitely will rehire him for something else around our house when wether is better.

Description of Work: Fixed a door latch that simply would not work. This is the 3rd time I've had Eric work on various issues with my house; he's fixed a doorbell, he has sealed up the front and back doors so there are no more breezes coming through, he's removed some makeshift closets downstairs (without disturbing the gas line overhead) and done several other smaller jobs as well. He's incredibly kind and understanding, he comes up with good solutions and his work is effective every time. He's very honest about what he can do and what he can't, and for those areas that are outside his experience, he will always have someone else to refer me to (and that person is of equal caliber). His prices are completely reasonable and he shows up when he says he will. He returns calls and email promptly. If you need a reliable handyman, call Eric. He's superb!

Description of Work: Eric came and gave us an estimate, which we accepted, scheduled us and came as arranged. He repaired a window frame and reshingled a couple of places that had been worn on the roof. He was right on his estimate, was great to work with.

Description of Work: We emaied Eric and within 48 hiurs we had gotten a call back. Eric came out today, 11/3 installed a new toilet in our 1/2 bath, repaired the toilet in our full bath and replaced our kitchen faucet. He was pleasant, efficient and professional. We would certainly recommend him to others and would use him again with nohesitation.

Description of Work: Eric removed cedar trim with woodpecker damage and replaced it with hardi board. He also removed some soffit and facia that was rotten. He painted the areas and did a great job He was very punctual too. Would recommend him to my friends.

+ 1 moreEric came to my house and did an estimate within 2 days of my first call. He suggested ways to do things. I accepted his estimate on the spot and we arranged a date within 2 weeks of the estimate. He said he would call the night before. I had to call him. Eric arrived promptly at the arranged start time and began working immediately. After finishing each task, he asked me to check it out. Since he finished early, he agreed to fix a couple of annoying problems - a leaking shower-head and door that has never shut properly. He is neat and does not damage areas surrounding his work. Eric is very professional and honest about work that he cannot do. The actual cost was within the estimates.
Description of Work: Eric purchased and installed a new storm/screen door, replaced smoke detectors and door bell, and made minor repairs to a door and shower-head.

He was very careful and conscientious. He clearly is very skilled and experienced. He did a great job and I will surely be calling him for other jobs as the need arises.
Description of Work: Eric took out an old laundry tub and installed a large cabinet with a laundry sink in it. He did the plumbing and carpentry work.

+ 1 moreThey were on time, were very meticulous and cautious not to damage walls, as this is a new home. They did a thorough job. They didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach the junction box, so he had to rent one, and we paid for it. They had to get inside the attic, and now the attic doors have dirty finger prints; this is not a big deal, but it could have been avoided. It took longer than expected, but could be because of nature of work. The billed time included a lunch break, and one other item that we believe he shouldn't have. On the other hand there were no trip charge or charge for picking up a rental ladder, so I guess its a wash!
Description of Work: Installed two ceiling fans, and three chandeliers. The ceiling fans and chandeliers were installed, where there was no provision for it, so Eric had to retrofit boxes to accept the weight of the fixture.

+ -1 moreI can't say enough good things about Eric and the overall quality of his work. For this job, he implemented some of our rough ideas about our long-term landscaping work that we're doing. From a labor perspective, he moved about 8 tons of rock and earth in less than 3 days. From a design perspective, he took a design plan that we had drafted and implemented exactly what we wanted without us being around for the details. On a personal level, you couldn't ask to work with a friendlier and more honest person in the business.
Description of Work: A dry creek along the side of our house was installed, which performs double-duty as a flagstone footpath and drainage bed. Also, a new fire pit was installed in our back yard. It's on uneven terrain, so it consists of a angled circular retaining wall.

+ -1 moreEric was prompt, courteous, polite, told me what he was doing, what he found and how he fixed it for future reference. Even added a couple of lights to the system for me and checked out a sensor light in the driveway for me. Did a great job, price was not bad and I was very happy with him.
Description of Work: I had new sidewalk lights installed and they were not lighting up. Eric came and checked them, found that the snap electrical connectors were not connecting and a small wire on some of them was bent, repaired, checked and added the other lights for me.

The work was done on the morning of the appointed day. All very professional and well done. I will call him again when I need a handyman.

+ -1 moreHe was fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone that would ask. He was very punctual, he said he would be here at 8am and he was here right as the clock was chiming 8. He was very clean and meticulous. Nothing fell on the ground. He cleaned up after he was completely done. Even when I contacted him, I left a message and he called back within 10 min. I had to reschedule the appt. I called him again and he answered within two rings.
Description of Work: He cleaned our gutters. He also did some other various things for us. He fixed some fascia and siding as well.

Eric did repair work for me on light electrical; power wash my deck and repair interior trim work I needed. You can give him a list and he addresses each issue; gives you suggestions on how to best handle each issue and keeps your cost in mind. Eric's prices are very fair and he is an individual you can trust in your home. I have tried a number of handymen over the years and Eric is the only one I would hire back into my home. Fair prices, good work and highly respectful manner makes him a winner!
