ERIC'S HANDYMAN SERVICE

He changed some outlets. My experience with him was great. I have had very good luck. I think that he is very efficient. They were on time. They came when they said they would. The work was terrific. It was exactly what I wanted.

Eric did fabulous work -- high quality and very timely. Eric even came by one evening in advance of the meeting to check out the projects and give us feedback. He called the night before and showed up exactly at the time promised. Eric is top notch. It's great to know people like him still exist. We will definitely be calling him again.

It went very well. I found Eric's name on Angie's List and called him about the problem. He called back within a couple of hours. Once we determined that I couldn't fix it myself (although he was very helpful in guiding me through it), he said that he would take care of it. Despite what I am sure is a busy schedule, he was actually able to stop out at my house later the same day, go buy the part and install it. He cleaned up after himself, and it was as though the window crank had never been broken.

They were really helpful. He didn't charge a fee to come do an estimate. They came when they said they would. They did a good job on the siding.

He is excellent, the guy is amazing. After he hooked up the plumbing there was a leak I called him and he was out here in 20 minutes to fix the problem. He is always professional and keeps you in the loop and there are no hidden costs with him, no surprises.

Overall it was great. We will use him for other jobs around the house.

Eric did the work within a couple days of my phone call. That was a relief because we were having emergency problems with birds.

Needed to have work done quickly before hardwood floors were installed. Called on a Sunday and Eric called me back within a few hours. Although he was out of town he did recommend someone else who could possibly help. Even though I didn't use the service I very much appreciated the prompt response and recommendation/offer to help.

Eric handled in quick order many household tasks that were annoying and long overdue to get our house back ship-shape. He handled with ease and professionalism tasks that we were unable to do ourselves. He was very friendly, professional and neat. We will definitely hire him again for this type of work.

Absolutely wonderful, He is just phenomenal to work with, very very pleased with the quality of this work. He showed up on time all the time and worked with us on our schedules.

He came on time and squeezed us into his busy schedule. Clean and efficient, like he was never there.

Eric called back promptly when I first called him. We set up an appointment for a couple of months out, since he was so busy, and a few more months didn't matter. (I had already procrastinated a long time on this task)! He said he would call me if some time became available, and sure enough, he called two month before the scheduled appointment, gave me a couple of days notice - and voil ! - the knobs got installed. Eric had some sensible suggestions about placement of the knobs, something I hadn't thought about at all. When I came home at the end of the day, all the knobs were in place, with no sign of sawdust or any other evidence that he had been there except the knobs themselves. I even think our utensil drawer was tidier than before he started this project. The time/cost estimate was right on the money. Overall, a great job.

It went extremely well. I couldn't be more pleased with Eric as a handyman or a person! He's very personable and explained why he was doing things if I had questions. He never said a negative thing about the original installer, just what he neglected to do and how he (Eric) was improving it. I had water in my basement this weekend from the storms and believe that this work done by Eric will keep that from happening again. He also gave me information on some landscape grading to make sure I don't get water in the basement again, as well as information on gutter screens.

We decided to call Eric because of his high scores and close location. We called at 6pm Tuesday and he was out the next morning at 9am, very lucky on the scheduling. He did everything in the allotted time and had a great attitude and friendly personality. We will use him again.

Eric was courteous, helpful and honest. First he came to my house to look at the sink and estimated that the job would take 4 hours. On the day of the job, he worked as quickly as was possible given the situation and finished in five hours. There were some unforeseen things (cleaning out the old supply and drain pipes and a leak that wouldn't quit) that came up and took a little longer. The water pressure is much better and the drain is much faster now that those parts are clean. I made a couple of runs to the hardware store to pick up things and this saved me the money of paying him to do the shopping. He was very easy to work with and I'd highly recommend him for future jobs.

We asked Eric to repair 2 light fixtures that had fallen away from the ceiling, and also to give us an estimate on a couple of slightly larger projects (broken handle on a poorly fitting storm door, and repair of a water damaged ceiling). He said he could come on a Saturday (YAY!), and arrived exactly on time. He took care of the light fixtures, adjusted the storm door and got the handle partly repaired, and gave us a few options for the ceiling repair; we still had an hour left of our two-hour minimum, so we asked him to install a curtain rod as well. All tasks were done quickly, neatly, and courteously. He said he would check around for a replacement handle for our door, and to our delight, he stopped over on his own to inspect the door again, called twice with updates, managed to find the right handle, and installed it for us. He will be doing our ceiling repair in a few weeks, and we will most certainly be hiring him for all our home maintenance projects!

Eric picked up the sink top (which was very large and heavy). It had to fit between two walls and his assistance in the initial measurements assured a perfect fit. He then resolved an issue with a shower fixture which turns out was installed incompletely years ago. Finally he installed shutters for our 2nd floor windows. Work was timed for the custom sink order and was completed in less than a day.

Arrived on time, worked quickly and was very conscientious so as to not scratch anything. Dismantled the waterbed, put it in the area in the garage to keep it dry and relatively dust free. Picked up all the packing materials. Then he even offered to put my new bed together for me and as it was still within the quoted 2 hours, it did not cost me anything extra.

I showed Eric what I needed done and left a list with him as I could not stay with him to supervise the work. He worked on his own, and everything was done well. He works by the hour, and the price was less than I expected. I am very pleased and would and will recommend him.

Eric is highly professional and very friendly. He had no issues with me working with him or asking many questions so I could learn a bit while he worked. He was very thorough, yet worked quickly. If I ever called Eric he would get back to me immediately, which is a huge plus. Eric also spent a great deal of time with me going over the details of some future projects. If at anytime the project was beyond the scope of what he normally would take on, he would just let me know.

Excellent! I have had mixed experiences with handymen in the past, but Eric was highly rated on Angie's List so I gave him a call. He was able to come out ASAP to do the work - within two days. His price was unbelievable - under $100 to do a not-very-easy job (the siding was on the second floor and he replaced it all by himself - 14' pieces of cedar siding). I am definitely going to call Eric for future handyman jobs - high quality plus reasonable rates!

He came quickly and did a good job. He was half as expensive as someone else. He was polite and clean. He has come back to do other work for us as well and did a good job on it also.
