They completed some of the work, and then left town with 80% of the job complete. The sales guy Joey, avoided calls and any responsibility. I received many phone calls from lawyers seeking compensation for sub contractors that DMZ never paid. Avoid this company with strong prejudice!

Things were fine until it came down to final payment.
Description of Work: Dmz used my company as a subcontractor on a high end window job and they never paid in full, They still owe a large balance to us and they do not return calls, emails and the addresses they have listed are not real.

I am extremely happy with the beautiful job DMZ Construction did on my house. I just purchased a small older home and they took such good care of it. I had DMZ replace three old windows and a few rotten trim boards along with aluminum wrapping the trim around nine windows and a door frame. Zach and his guys were professional and easy to work with and communicate with. They were timely, friendly, skilled, equipped, respectful and left the areas spotless. Having hired a so called contractor "Scary" Larry Brown, who was horrific in all aspects, Zach and his guys came in and saved the day! I will be calling them in the future for more work. Thank you DMZ Construction!
