+ -1 moreI scheduled an appointment for the next day and brought it over to Mark for his diagnosis, and he seemed confident that it could be repaired, so I left it with him and it was completed in a week. The shade operates like new. He works out of his house so appointments are required.
Description of Work: Our bedroom cordless Levolor shade broke and I was looking at replacing it but I called the place where we bought it from to see if they could repair it (they don't, and it was way out of warranty) so they referred me to this place. It turns out that it was repairable which saved me several hundred dollars over buying a replacement shade.
