Branch Property Investigations offers home inspections, radon testing, and property consulting. Owned by engineer and Chief Investigator Tom Geoffroy, each inspection brings his 20 years in construction, more than 10 years in engineering, and thousands of property investigations to your case. By combining infrared images, selected videos, and tons of digital photos, Branch's reports are relied on by real estate agents, buyers and sellers to provide accurate and detailed information on the property investigated.

Services we offer

We offer property inspections and investigations for homes, offices and other light commercial properties. As a Certified Radon Measurement Provider, we can also accurately measure the radon levels of your property and determine if mitigation might be needed. With more than 15 years of experience in mold cleanups, we also offer consulting for mold-related damaged and anticipated costs to clean up.

Tom was so professional. He was able to help me with a 3 day contingency period at the last minute. He identified concerns that helped me decide that the home was not right for me. I hired him again for my next inspection and again he did a wonderful job and I am excited to move into my new home!

He was prompt, professional and incredibly calming. He inspected my attic, took pictures, explained the situation and put me in touch with a company that could correct the problem. I was so impressed with him that I immediately gave his contact information to my sister-in-law who was looking to purchase an existing house. My sister-in-law hired Tom to look at the property she was considering buying. Tom did a thorough investigation of the home and informed her of all the issues with the house. She ultimately decided not to purchase the house based on the investigation. Thanks to Tom, my sister-in-law avoided a money pit home. I would highly recommend Tom for all your home investigation needs.
