Bloomington ASAP Appliance Repair

FIRST I never give low scores.. this is a first, second, when he walked in, the tech hadn't even done any diagnostics and said "How attached are you to this refrigerator?" then proceeded to unscrew the bottom front panel and said "I can't even see under there so it must not be cleanable" THEN he DID put in a valve to add freon which he did, then said it would take a few hours to kick in and left to another job. (STILL not working yet) THEN he said he was out of time and couldn't come back until the next day which he did, added more freon then said there is a leak somewhere and it could cost too much to fix. I asked "How do you know if you don't know what is wrong with it or where it is actually leaking if you don't check where?" He just told me it isn't worth it. We paid $1700 for this refrigerator only seven years ago and of course it is out of warrantee, but I would have paid to fix it. He just didn't know how. The OTHER issue is that if you call the contractor through BLOOMINGTON ASAP APPLIANCE REPAIR This is not a company, you are calling a SUB Contractor who isn't represented by anyone, and you will NOT get customer service if you have an issue. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
