At no point did I feel like he was trying to sell me additional services. He provided the facts, along with the pros and cons, so that we could make our own decisions.

+ -1 moreWent well as usual. When spring comes, we check-in on the look of our plants, and if anything looks amiss, we call the Arbor Doctor (have used in multiple years).
Description of Work: Treated a number of our trees of different types for various notable ailments on the leaves, etc.

+ -1 moreWe've been very pleased with Brian. He's extremely knowledgeable so I really trusted him. He went around and found some things which really surprised me because the prior summer we had an insect infestation on another tree in our yard, and we had someone spraying them for a number of years and they have been treating our trees for a number of years but they never saw something wrong with our other trees. So Brian looked at all our trees and he was able to tell us some of our trees looked like they were slowly dying and they were, so he treated them. I was really appreciative of that. The maple tree, if he hadn't treated it, it was going to die. I was very happy. His prices were competitive.
Description of Work: For tree services I use The Arbor Doctor. They helped us with a system of our trees. We had a lot of things taken care of by him. One of out maple trees had a disease so we called him out to prescribe it and we had him look at a couple other things and he was able to diagnose some problems that we had.
