At first I thought it was okay. We had the work done in the fall. The next spring we had a really bad rain storm and it started "raining" through our light fixture in the dining room. When we called someone did come out, did what he said was a "band aid fix" and they would be back. They never came back. A few days ago we had another bad rain storm and the dining room fixture started "raining" again. We also saw the following spring what they did with the roof on our three-season porch. Our house and shingles are gray. They laid a white sheeting over the roof. When we asked about it we were told "it was up to code". This is a case of "just because you can doesn't mean you should". It looks terrible.

Nate has worked very **** ** my behalf with insurance company to get the best possible solution. He has been great to work with- highly recommend.

This company only did the roof and kept the money. I had my insurance company come out twice to get more approved because the 1st time ADHI said they only can do the roof at that price. After my insurance company came the 2nd time they gave me around 3,000 for additional work. Now ADHI kept the extra money and refuses to do the work or return the money, because the account is at 0 and they don't do part jobs. They're liars and have horrible customer service people were actually yelling at me and telling me a different story every time. Never got any kind of write up of how much anything cost from ADHI and its 4 months later and the refuse to. Stay away from this corrupt company!

Right from the very beginning to the very end we had great customer service. The sales representative Alan was friendly and professional. He explained the process very clearly. The crew who came out to do the work to replace our roof were on time and and did a great job both with the replacement and clean up afterwards. We had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

The entire project went smoothly from start to finish. The sales representative was the best part of the whole experience. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and "went the extra mile", to make this a pleasurable experience. He stopped by several times to keep us informed about when materials were being delivered, when the job would be started, and during the work to see how the job was going, as well as after all was done, he even came by to remove any left over materials himself. The work crew did a great job, they were quick, professional, and cleaned the area well. You can trust in this company. The only thing I had to do was pick out the color of roofing and pay the insurance deductible. There were no hidden or unexpected costs. Marvin M.

It went well, all appointments by American Dream Home were kept and on time. Jacques was prompt, friendly and courteous. He worked with myself and my insurance company and the roof was replaced with a quality product and in just over one day. It looks great. Definitely recommend.

Our experience with American Dream Home Improvement started out good. Nate was initially helpful and friendly, and walked us through the first inspection of our roof. When it was denied, he encouraged us to ask for a second inspection. That, too, was denied, but we were ready to work with ADHI for our new roof. I asked a few times to meet to pick roof colors and sign a contract, and was told a few times that someone was going to call us and come to our house to finalize the contract and colors. This never happened. One Thursday morning as we were leaving for work, some workers showed up with ladders and asked us to clear the driveway so they could begin work on the roof. We didn’t even know which company they were with (and neither did they!) since we had estimates from quite a few companies. After a phone call to their boss, we found out it was American Dream Home Improvement. I called them to STOP all work on our home because it was not approved by us. We were quite upset. Would they have ripped off our roof that day and left it uncovered? (No shingles had been delivered) Or would they have gone ahead and put shingles on that we did not choose or approve? We did receive a text apology from Nate. But after a few more messages back and forth, Nate texted us this: “We don’t want your small bid from your small house. Have a nice life.” What a horrible, demeaning thing to say to anyone, especially a potential customer. Please, do not use American Dream Home Improvement.
