ZZ Lawn Sprinkler Systems

We had ZZ Sprinkler come to our house to fix a leak in our sprinkler system that was causing pooling near our house. They came out for the first visit and repaired a leak in our pipe and said it was fixed, but the next day the leak and pooling was still present. They came back out a second time (actually two visits over two days because the technician didn’t show up until about 4:30 PM and didn’t finish the job that evening) and replaced four solenoids, a back flow valve, and some pipe section. We then noticed an even larger leak between the back flow valve and the solenoid box and the original leak and pooling was still present. Both visits they charged us for the work (so a total of over $600 at this point). We called to have them come out and fix the new larger leak, to which the technician noted that they will need to replace a long line of pipe and charge us for it again...all the while the original leak has still not been corrected. We will not be using ZZ Sprinkler again as they haven’t been timely, haven’t done the job, have continued to charge us for visits even though they haven’t fixed the problem, and have even made the situation worse.

Steve came out and repaired our sprinkler system (that had not been done in 30 years) in June; he tested it and made sure it is now operating properly. He replaced quite a few parts and pipe, did a lot of digging too. An incredible amount of work was done. His work was so thorough, he is so knowledgeable, that we were totally blown away. His professionalism and courtesy is beyond compare. We are so happy with Steve and ZZ Sprinkler that we prepaid for our fall blow-out, included in the extremely reasonable price paid June 19th. He just completed that blowout, and did another super job. Steve will go the extra mile in making sure everything is complete. He explains his procedure and makes the customer feels secure and thankful for his knowledge. Would love it if all contractors were as good, and reliable. We never have to look further for our sprinkler blow-outs and we are very grateful!!

ZZ office manager was prompt in calling me back and scheduling a service appointment. I received a call that morning asking if they could arrive earlier since he was ahead of schedule. Steve was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and how it works. The price was very reasonable and service was exceptional. I already paid ZZ to come back in the fall for the blow out of the system as I liked them so much.
