He was clean and very friendly, and gave me quite a deal on the price. He knew what her was doing and did his work within a very short time.

My phone call was returned quickly and the appointment was set up for a few days later. The rep was very friendly and courteous. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. Even after it became clear that this wasn't the right job for his company, he spent another 5 minutes answering questions and offering advice.

Wright At Home Services has become the best service provider this woman has ever worked with. When I found the leak over my newly remodeled kitchen, I used Angie's List to obtain names of the three top rated roofing companies. Wright At Home was the only one who came out the same day with no commitment from me and installed a tarp over the leak. Nick was friendly, allowing me to join him on the roof and ask as many questions as I needed while he secured the tarp. His father Bob was part of the actual roofing team and duplicated Nick's care. Bob also always had time for my questions and actual inspections of the roof. He personally did the work around my Solatubes and worked well after dark to make sure chalking was complete. Roxanne was the friendly, helpful voice at the end of the phone. Clean up was perfect. They treat their crews well and have done work free of charge for the community. They cheerfully responded to two billing questions. I wish they offered other services!

I am very happy with the overall experience. It took a little longer than I had hoped -- because of having to wait for the insurance adjuster - not Wright-Way's fault. We just weren't sure if we had a claim for hail damage, so wanted to check that out first. Once it was determined we didn't, we were able to get the vents replaced quickly.

Bob Wright showed up even a little early to do the estimate for the roof. Before reviewing the estimate, he provided information on the company, training of the crew, license and insurance information. Of the 3 estimates, this was the highest but the additional work on the areas that had water damage was more thorough. The crew was here on the scheduled day, on time and started right away. Bob was on sight, helping with the project, most of the day and wrapped up final touch ups with one other crew person at 8 PM that night. The team worked hard and finished the job in one day. They made sure the yard was cleaned up before leaving. The dumpster was picked up the next day. Everything went very smoothly. I would use Wright Home Services again.

Our experience started out great with a wonderful estimate done by their sales manager, Dan. He's very honest, up front, knowledgeable, & proud of the company. Work started quickly & communication with the company via Dan & Roxanne (who is in the office) was great. They minimized the time the dumpster was in our driveway, & had enough people on the crew to get the job done in a day. They left the yard in excellent condition & very clean. Bob, the owner, was on site to make sure the work was done right. Their attention to detail was amazing. They do all the little things that make a difference & make them stand out from other companies. The price agreed with what State Farm was willing to pay, so the only money out of our pocket was the upgrades we did. And they were patient enough to wait for us to get our insurance check, & help us with that process. I can't say enough positive about this company & would highly recommend them!

I was extremely pleased with Wright-At-Home. Roxanne was always available by phone if I had any questions or concerns. They were prompt and proactive. They came in on the very low end of their estimate and then got done quickly with no hassle for us. Most importantly, the leak is fixed, and the roof looks great. I would highly recommend Wright-At-Home. Roxanne and her team will take care of you.

Wright Services did an excellent job on our siding. The were on time and worked from 9 am until dark. They were polite and very hard working, only taking a break for lunch. Everyone seemed to know their job and worked with little talking. They went out of their way to do an excellent job. Excellent performance.

They were amazing. I called at 8 in the morning, and they had someone out here that matched my shingles and left me the spares, repaired the missing shingle plus replaced a flashing piece, and were done before noon on the same day. They even inspected the remainder of my roof to make sure everything was okay!! They were so efficient, courteous, and the responsiveness was unbelievable. They will be first on my list if I ever need anything else!

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON TIME AND WERE EXTREMELY NEAT. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN.

VERY HONEST PERSON. DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME A TOTAL NEW ROOF, BUT SAID I WOULD NEED TO CONSIDER THAT IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE. RETURNED PHONE CALL PROMPTLY.
