My experience with this company was fantastic from beginning to end. Bob came to do the estimate the SAME DAY I asked for one, which was great! His quote was fair and actually a bit below what he could have asked. The work was done in ONE DAY, which is amazing considering they had to replace 20 sheets of decking! They agreed to be on and off the roof at certain times because we have a newborn baby at home. The guys that came to do the work were professional, courteous, and hard working. Plus they did a great job cleaning my yard up after they were done. I don't have any worries about loose nails or materials laying around. There was a supervisor at my home monitoring how the work was going the WHOLE day! Finding out your roof has serious problems is an unpleasant experience but Wright-at-Home makes it easier because they are an honest and trustworthy group that truly want to make sure you get the best service/price possible. Stop looking now. These are the guys to hire!

In December 2006, we found WRIGHT-AT-HOME-SERVICES on Angie's List and invited them two others to bid on my project. Bob was prompt, courteous and meticulous in the manner in which he presented his company and products. We decided to wait until spring which was OK with Bob. On Monday of this week I called to get into their schedule. Bob worked me in this week. I offered to let him rebid the project because I know there was a price increase in materials but he refused and preferred to stand by his price. Weds evening the dumpster arrived. There was an issue with the weight of the container and I was immediately contacted by Roxanne. We resolved the issue on the spot. The crew arrived Thursday at 7:30. Bob was there to introduce the foreman, Jose. The crew worked all day. I came home about 8 PM and inspected my lawn. There was NO evidence that they have even been there that day! The second day was as uneventful as the first. The job was complete by 4:30 PM. 51 sq. My roof looks awesome.

Bob came out and gave us an estimate and a detailed description of the work to be done. When we had some questions a few days later, he responded quickly. On roof day the crew arrived at 7:30 and wasted no time getting started. Tarps were laid around the house before the roof layers were scraped off for protection. The new roof was installed well and efficiently. It was a much better job than a different contractor did less than 12 years earlier. I was impressed with the extensive clean-up performed when they were finished. I was left with almost no shingle bits around... quite a feat considering the work that was done. The leaf gutter guards went up the next day. Also a very good job. When asked what we should do if they clog, we were told to call them back. What peace of mind that brings! Bob returned the day after the gutter guards went up to do a final inspection. He caulked a spot on the chimney, and made sure we were satisfied with the whole job. We definitely were.

When Bob Wright (Wright-At-Home Services) left our home after preparing and presenting his bid, both my husband and I knew that this was the fellow with whom we wanted to work. Bob listened to our goals & requests & prepared the bid with those items in mind. He was professional in every way, from arriving right on time to explaining each step of the process to giving good advice about how to prepare for the roofing experience (such as removing artwork & other breakables from the wall). Every part of the process went as expected. The experienced, pleasant crew obviously knew what they were doing. Nick, the job supervisor, was on site & kept us informed each step of the way. Afterward, Bob made an appt. with us to show photos of various areas of the work & walk us through exactly what they did on our roof. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in obtaining a new roof, & we would absolutely use Wright-At-Home Services, Inc. again. In fact, we are recommending it to our friends.

This company is excellent. From start to finish, these folks were professional and responsive. They did the job on time, the price was fair, and the workers left the premises looking pristine. We're impressed and highly recommend Wright-At-Home!

Great. Bob Wright is very professional. Came out within 3 days of my initial phone call and had the roof on a week later. He explained his estimate very thoroughly, which sold my wife right away. He uses the best materials and had his and his crews credentials proudly displayed during his presentation. Bob and most of his crew are part of the GAF Master Elite program which gives you an extended warranty on the roof INCLUDING LABOR. During the install, a weather vane was damaged. Bob immediately reduced his price to cover the cost of replacement, without question. His was not the lowest bid but, in my opinion, offered the best value. If I have the chance I will use him again.

Nick arrived on time. I showed him spots on our ceiling that I thought were due to a leaky roof. He inspected the attic and told me that the roof was fine. The water spots were caused by poor ventilation in the attic. He told me in detail what I needed to do and what I would need to purchase to do the job myself. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Overall, because of Nick's honesty and helpfulness, what could have been a several thousand dollar repair, I can do myself for about fifty dollars. Wright-at-Home will be the first company I call next time I need work on my home done.

They replaced my whole roof in a day and a half. They came in right at the original price. They had to get more materials but didn't charge me any more. They did a great job and cleaned up really well, and the management team was great.

Fabulous company to work with from the first visit to the completion of the job. Bob showed up when he said he would and completed the work on time. He always returned calls when needed and was easy to contact. He's a great guy to work with, not only knowledgeable about roofing, but also friendly, considerate and patient. His crew was quite careful not to damage any of the landscaping (this was a big concern of mine). The subs he used to complete the gutter and siding work completed the job satisfactorily.

We're finishing our basement, and we noticed water around a vent stack in the basement. Our best guess was, that water was getting in around the stack and dripping down the outside of the pipe into the basement. Wright at Home came out the next day. Although our roof is only 2 years old, they left the old boot around the vent pipe. Wright at Home thoroughly caulked around the boot, and capped the pipe, just in case water was getting in from the top and leaking at a bad joint. And no, that $0 is not a misprint, they didn't charge us.

I called for an estimate, and within a week, I had made my decision to go with Wright at Home because of the quality materials that were used and the fact that I wouldn't have to deal with the insurance checks and everything. They handled it all. I was very pleased and would hire them again if I needed to.

The experience could not have been better. The owner came out immediately to evaluate our hail damaged roof, provided an estimate and began work shortly thereafter. The company's bid was more than our insurer's estimate. Wright-At-Home contacted our insurer and we immediately received an additional check. I have been up on the roof to clean our gutters since the work was performed, and the repairs look fabulous. The roof is new (because of a hail storm last year (2005), but after a hail storm this year (2006), repairs were needed. The original company that installed the roof did not replace an old chimney stack, which was rusted and out of place with the new roof, but the insurer would not pay for a new one. Wright-At-Home installed a new one without charging us extra. Do yourself a favor, if you need roofing work done, hire this company!

Very pleased with prompt and efficient service. Initially when calling around, I found that many firms only deal with replacing entire roof, so was glad to find someone who would handle smaller jobs.

Wright-At-Home Services was great to work with. Bob was very knowledgeable when he came out to give us the quote. He believes in the products he uses and his team does a great job. We were able to schedule our project for a time that was convenient for us and the job only took his crew from start to finish about seven hours. The crew was efficient and clean. We had what could have been a major issue after the work was complete, but Roxanne and Bob stepped up to the plate to take care of it at no cost to us.

Bob did a comprehensive analysis of our need and carefully noted several areas that needed attention. He fully explained what work would be performed and what we should expect during the installation. Bob and crew were here promptly on the scheduled day. Work went smoothly and as promised. His crew was fast and efficient and they took special care around the landscaping. The job was completed promptly with no delays. Clean-up was complete.

Wright at Home was not the low bid, but after reviewing other companies on Angie's list, I decided they would do good work and stand behind it. Each member of the company I dealt with, Dan, Roxann, Nick, Jose and his crew were personable and helpful. In forty years of home ownership this is the first roof I've had to replace and I'm glad Angie's list was there to help. Hearing other folks experience with various companies helped me predict how I would feel about working with them. Wright at Home has performed as I expected. Thanks to all of you.

Mike Eastman was my original contact with Wright-at-Home Services. He was polite, punctual and very knowledgeable about roofing/siding etc. I'd contacted them after a few stormers had been through the area saying the house had storm damage. Mike wasn't pushy, and helped my wife and I find what we wanted in replacement siding. He worked quickly and professionally with our insurance company to get the work done. The crew came out within a week and started work on the house. They were done in three days, which was quick considering that one of the days we had a lot of rain. After finishing I noticed a lot of nails on the property, but that same day Nick came out to ask how things went. When I mentioned the nails he said he'd have a crew come out and make sure they were all gone, and that wasn't acceptable for them to leave items behind. Overall I was very impressed with the work done, and the people I worked with to get the job done.

The dumpster was delivered the afternoon prior to the job being started, and was gone within 2 hours of the job's completion. His crew of 8 men totally removed our damaged roof and had the new roof installed in approximately 4 1/2 hours. Prior to beginning the job, tarps were laid on the ground all around the house to catch debris from the tear-off. After the job was completed, the crew picked up all wrappings, nails, small pieces of roofing etc. The crew had been trained by the roofing manufacturer (GAF) and certainly knew what they were doing. I would certainly highly recommend Wright at Home Services to anyone needing work done. Bob is a very congenial person and his crews are friendly and efficient. Our gutters and downspouts were installed the next day in only approximately 3 1/2 hours, look great and work very well. Additionally, Bob and his sister (Roxanne) are very responsive in answering phone calls and answering questions.

Todd was punctual and friendly. He did not charge for the caulking he did around the flashing. Absolutely free.

These guys were phenomenal. I couldn't believe the efficiency with which they worked. Also, Bob Wright was on-site each day of the project to ensure everything was under control. That gave us great comfort. The quality of the work was exceptional and they had the roofing work done in 1 day, the siding the next day, and the gutters the 3rd day. Clean-up each day was spotless. You will not go wrong with this company.

Company owners Roxanne Kaasa and Bob Wright lead a great team of professionals focused on quality and customer service. It is a delight to work with Bob. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Bob showed a genuine interest in our home and took time to carefully plan and supervise the project. The roofing crew arrived at 7:45 am and by 1:30 pm the entire project was finished. Although the crew worked quickly, they never rushed. During the installation, Bob went onto the roof and took Polaroid photographs which he brought to us to explain the progress of the project. The work was performed in a very professional manner - no music, loud voices or carelessness. Crew members demonstrated respect for our landscaping and property at all times. Todd did an excellent job as Project Manager and Juan was a great crew leader. We wholeheartedly recommend Wright-at-Home Services. The experience was negative. Phil was vague in his answer to our questions. His irresponsibility in not keeping his appointment and never calling says that Roxanna has trouble with her employees. This is not a company we want to do business with.

From our first phone call to Bob through the final clean-up of the job, Bob was responsive, professional, courteous and provided top quality work. His bid was competitive with the best roofers on Angie's list and he ensures that his customers are satisfied by providing thorough updates and answering all questions about the work. Most persuasive to us in selecting Bob's company was his unwavering honesty and integrity. At every point from his evaluation of any potential roof problem through the final evaluation of the completed job, we were confident that the job would be well-done. And, we were right! Bob quickly answered every phone call and his crew, which includes his son, were polite, respectful and hard-working. This company is excellent and we would certainly hire them again if we need any of the services they offer.

Bob Wright is an honest and direct company owner who met with me before, during, and after the roofing job. Bob was very friendly and explained thoroughly what he recommended for materials and products for the job. The crew was well mannered and meticulously clean. The job was completed quickly (2 days working from 7:00 am to dark in 100+ degree weather).

I called the morning after a heavy rain, when we noticed some dripping. Roxanne was able to schedule an appointment to fit my schedule, just two days from when I called. Bob showed up a bit early, and I explained the situation. He took a look on the roof and found the small holes and sealed them. He explained to me what he had found and fixed for no charge, as well as the likely cause (snow or ice removal). He also left me with a solution for any stain and mold problem on the ceiling (for which he had to run to the local hardware store as well). Bob truly went the extra mile.
