Very good work. Installation was in 1 day. Very good cleanup. Stated at 7:15 am, left at 4:15 pm. Dumpster delivered 1 day before work started and picked up 1 day after work completed.

Fabulous job! Great estimator, seamless process, great crew, very prompt and looks great! Couldn't ask for more! Truly a great experience. Highly recommend this outfit.

We were very pleased with this company. The job was more complicated because the roof they replaced turned out to be in bad shape. They had to come back a second day. Everyone was very professional and nice to deal with.

Very smoothly. The 4-5 guys worked hard and all was done in less than 2 days. They went the extra mile, cutting, painting, & installing a new piece of cracked siding and spray painting an electrical pole. A couple of the guys could speak English, which really helped to communicate. Cleanup was well-done. The roof looks so nice. We're pleased!

They have not done the work yet but we have used them in the past and it went well. Insurance will be paying.

The work crew was awesome, very respectful and extremely hard working. Some communication omissions between the estimator and the crew, after bringing it up the error was corrected.

Phil arrived right on time, provided a lot of very good information followed up by a professionally prepared quote. The only reason I didn't use them was that I got a comparable quote from another company that I have worked with before and was happy with. I would recommend Wright-at-Home to anyone needing a roof.

Determined Wright-At-Home Services, Inc. to be best value based on Angie’s list, interaction and responses from sales rep, research on materials, references and price. Excellent job -- very pleased with results! NOTE: No discounts were offered by Wright-At-Home to entice an Angie's List review, nor am I one that readily provides reviews. That said, I felt that the excellent service provided by Wright-At-Home deserved the time it would take write a positive review!

I was very pleased from the day we met. Always available and responsive to questions, reasonable price, professional people and crews. Other than a small delay caused by rain, everything went and looks great.

This was one of the easiest and satisfactory projects I've had on the house. From the beginning, I dealt with professionals who took the time to listen and answer all my questions. I knew that I would not have to hover over them in order to make sure that things were done as agreed upon. The price was a little higher that other proposals, but they were the only company that listened, provided the proposal for the options as requested, and treated me (a female) with respect. The quality of the product and the workmanship was outstanding. I will most certainly look to use this company for other projects.

It went through my insurance. When I called them, they were quite responsive, I didn’t have to wait. He seemed to response quite rapidly.

Excellent. Phil was very professional and knowledgeable regarding roof and moisture issues. He eliminated the roof as a cause and determined that the build up was due to high house humidity. During the process he found that the attic insulation had settled and needed attention.

I thought it was well presented and it's just that we wanted to put a deck on as well so that's why we didn't hire them.

We've had quite a few experiences with contractors, some pleasant and some not. Our experience with Wright-At-Home was excellent from initial contact, through estimate, through completion of the project. We had four companies bid the job and chose Wright. The cost was reasonable and the salesperson/estimator was very prompt, responsive, helpful, and patient. The project manager and crew were great to have around during the project, and they did great work. The office persons were pleasant and helpful over the phone. We highly recommend Wright-At-Home Services.

Wright At Home Services was very responsive. The roofing crew showed up when they said they would, and the project manager even called me to say he was caught in traffic and would be a bit late. But the crew started right in and had the roof done in a day. When I got home, if it hadn't been for the new roof, I would never have known they were there. Everything was cleaned up, there was no construction debris left behind.

Very prompt in scheduling estimate and receiving a detailed proposal with Addison. We were kept informed when work was to be start and be completed. The crew were careful around my landscaping, did a professional job and cleaned up the yard every night. Aaron, project manager, was on site at various times to check process and follow-up with completion of work or to answer questions. Quality work that even was commented upon by city inspector. I have referred this company to our neighbor and our family. Wright-At-Home provides great customer service from start to finish with the sales consultant, office staff, work-site crew, project manager and accounting.

They did a great job of explaining the process and sticking to the project schedule that we had decided and were able to get the the main part of the job done in day. They came back to install the gutters at a later time and were also able to complete that in a day. We were pleased with the overall experience and would go with them again in the future.
