Description of Work: I WAS SURPRISED WITH THIS HIGHLY RATED COMPANY THAT I HAD SUCH A POOR EXPERIENCE. BEFORE I WAS EVEN ABLE TO GET A BID, THE MANNER IN WHICH I WAS TREATED VERBALLY WAS UNACCEPTABLE. CUSTOMERS NEVER WANT TO BE TREATED WITH CONDESCENSION AND RUDENESS. THEIR WORK MAY BE GOOD BUT JIM, THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH, COMPLETELY BLEW IT. I HOPE THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER.
