Great company, excellent communication. Got the gutters done very quickly, and they look great!

NJR in general and Austin in particular were great. For some unknown reason, there were not gutters on the top level of my roof, which caused icy water to drip down one's neck while unlocking the back door. Austin came over with a quote, and was polite and friendly. His crew forgot to add an extension to one of my downspouts, and when I texted Austin to tell him, he responded very quickly to say he would come over personally to finish the work, which he did two days later. He then took a photo and texted it to me (I was at work). So yes, not flawless, but when they realized their mistake, they made it right. Looking forward to winter to take the new gutters for a spin.

Did good work and did it quickly. Very friendly crew. Only issue I had was that they didn't have all the parts they needed the first time they came out and had to come out a second time. Otherwise excellent, would recommend them to others looking for gutter work.

The only issue I had with them was they did not call me before they came to do the work. But they did show up on the day they said and they completed the work in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied with them.

Everything a home improvement contractor should be at every level. You can't go wrong with these folks. A real pleasure to deal with.

So nice to have contractors who turn up on schedule! Customer service was great from beginning to end and really put me at ease. Contractors tidied up after themselves so well I wouldn't have known they'd been if it wasn't for the shiny new gutters! Value for money too. Thanks so much, would definitely recommend.

Great company to work with. They came out quickly for the quote and the communication was great from quote through project completion. The quote process was thorough, and the gentleman doing the quote was very transparent in his recommendations and steered me away from over-spending on things I did not need. The guys that did the install were friendly and worked quickly. I'd highly recommend NJR to others looking for gutter installations.
