I was most thankful because it was during a holiday weekend when we had a snow storm, it would have cost a fortune if I would have needed him to come out. He instructed me via phone on how to fix the furnace and made sure I knew exactly which button to push.
Description of Work: He talked to me over the phone and walked me through how to fix the furnace in my mobile home since it was something that I could resolve myself.
