MARLYS CLEANING

They came out two months after I purchased the "Big Deal" and they service was okay. This is the first time I used this company and they provided me a good service.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. During the four hours they never got to my basement, refrigerator and a couple of other items we asked for. Ultimately, I was not satisfied, but their service was very timely. After voicing my concern, they reached out to me and we arrived at a generous resolution.

I was very happy with their performance: professional and capable, friendly.

I purchased a Big Deal for 4 man hours of work. There were 2 people cleaning for 2 hours. I asked them to clean the bathrooms and light fixtures for all the internal lights. The did a good job cleaning the bathrooms. For the most part, they did a good job cleaning the light fixtures. However, there were several instances where some remnants (e.g. stickers) from the lights dropped onto the counter and wasn't cleaned up. Overall, they did a good job. We agreed upon them arriving at 9:00, but I got a call that morning and said they wouldn' t be able to make it until 12:00 or so due to another job.

My experience with Marlys Cleaning worked out very well. They were really good. They did their work and told us what was going on.

It was just OK. They weren't very efficient - I expected more to get done in the time purchased. What they did clean was fine, but again, I expected more.

Absolutely top notch above and beyond service! There was a team - they were punctual, efficient, and asked what I'd like done for anything they weren't sure about, rather than just doing something we may not want/or do it differently on their own. COMPLETELY excellent experience!!

Cleaning went well, but when I called (3 times), they never returned my messages. Guess they weren't interested. Wouldn't use them again.

They did a good job. I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. I would use them again.

They did an exceptional job cleaning my house (which was a mess)! I would definitely use them again except that I can't afford them. The quote to clean my two bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom was $125. Considering the fantastic job they did, it would probably be worth it. I just can't afford it!

Execellent! They call the day before to confirm they are set for the day and say an estimate time of arrival. They like my dog and are so friendly. I can always count on them and they do such a great job! They are worth the money.

I booked this through a Angie's list special so it was a good deal. Four man-hours of cleaning for $69. We communicated immediately and got an appointment scheduled. They were to call me as the date got closer to confirm the time. We spoke a day ahead of time and agreed on a one hour time slot. They were to come between 12 and 1pm. At about 1pm I received a call that they were running behind due to all of the business they received from the Angie's list special. So we rescheduled for a little later that day. They were late for this as well but called to tell me so. When they arrived the got right down to work. Four people came to work for an hour. My sons room was clean from top to bottom. My porch windows have NEVER been so clean. The family room looked great. The kitchen looked okay. This is partially my fault - I should have put 2 people on this for an hour because it's pretty large. But having never experienced a cleaning person, I did not know this. She worked her tail off but in the end a lot of the deep cleaning I wanted, did not get done. I don't think she even got time to get to the cabinets, sink and appliances. They were lovely people and did work super hard. Next time I would be a little more clear on my priorities.

Overall, I was very pleased. They are very responsive to what you need done.

It went well and I would use them again. They were very good.

The cleaning team from Marlys did a great job and we were very happy with the results. Unfortunately, they were not able to make the originally scheduled time and we need to reschedule for a new time a few weeks later. They accommodated us by giving us a further discounted rate off our original "Big Deal" price and we were satisfied with their service recovery. We would definitely consider using Marlys Cleaning again.

It was a stormy day. I got a call with an updated time of arrival. They were right on time and ready to go. Four workers for one hour put their backs into spring cleaning bathroom grout, light fixtures, cabinets and dusty, brick fireplaces. I supplied the cleaning products.

They just do a very good job of cleaning. They are punctual. They have just been great to work with.

Contacted Mark via phone to discuss availability. Very nice prompt follow-up. Called to say they were on their way. They worked hard while they were here and did an excellent job. Such nice people. My house was sparkling clean!

They did what I asked them to do. They were willing to do whatever I wanted them to do for two hours. The work met my expectations.

They did a great job. If you want to use their service with the discount, be sure to plan at *least* one week from when you need it. They were booked solid. I expected two people for 2 hours but 4 people showed up for an hour. I left them with a key that they kicked under the door (apartment complex).

Overall, the service is very good. They have worked two and half hours non stopping and finished up cleaning all the places we requested.

Generally very well. They had good attention to detail and tried to return knick knacks back to the original location.

I called them right after I bought the deal and we scheduled for the next week. They gave me an approximate time, then called me at work when they were leaving their previous job (as I requested). They were efficient and I was back at work with minimal time away.

Marlys's cleaning exceeded my expectations.
