She took the day off work for the newly scheduled time and the crew didn't show or call. She followed-up through emails and voicemails - no success. I bought it for my daughter, Amaris Phillips-Bynum and her husband Ryan Bynum as an anniversary gift. I've copied them on this email so that you will have each other's contact information and so they can move forward with scheduling a time for you to come to their home. Description of Work: Scheduled service for a Friday morning. They called ahead to cancel, but instead of rescheduling the service immediately (and pushing other customers back, for example), they gave us a date multiple weeks out as the next available option. This was far too late for our needs.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal - $69 for 4 Man Hours of Housecleaning. We communicated via email and phone immediately after purchase since I wanted to use the deal to do a final house cleaning on our home that we sold. I provided the crew of 3 a list of items I wanted done. They did everything on the list, still had time, and cleaned additional items such as light fixtures and tops of cabinets. They did a superb job. I'm very particular and have high standards for cleanliness. They exceeded my expectations. My only suggestion is that you verify your appointment a few times. I sounds like they're a busy crew and scheduling can be a bit tight. Also, the crew was late for our scheduled time - which was inconvenient for us since we were in the process of moving and had lots of things going on at the time.

Description of Work: Very professional and speedy. The thing I like the most is they recommend cleaning products that I don't use that work better. Everything has turned out great and she is very accommodating to my schedule.
