+ -1 moreI want to take a minute to emphasize the qualities that set an agent such as Kristen apart from her colleagues. I felt and still believe that Kristen was so committed to helping us that I forgot that she was getting paid to do her job. I saw her as my friend, not my realtor. I still do. She stops in months later to see how we're doing. Kristen is a kind and gentle soul. She will put your needs ahead of hers to her own detriment, she truly cares about her clients, she's soft-spoken, but she knows more about houses structurally than many home inspectors. I could write a book on this amazing lady but I won't. My word is my greatest asset. I don't endorse people lightly. If you are searching for the right realtor, give Kristen a call. I will personally guarantee your satisfaction. Don't just call a realtor; call a friend, call Kristen Nelson. I sound like a marketing tool but I'm not. I am so happy that we found her and we cherish her honesty and freindship.
Description of Work: Kristen found the house my wife and I were searching for. I want to express a few things that I feel are worth noting. My wife is confined to a wheelchair. We found ourselves in a situation where we had little time to find a new home. I had worked with two other realtors. One was excellent but he changed careers. The other was a waste of time. We were frantically searching on our own when someone mentioned Kristen Nelson and her genuine caring approach. I contacted her. Kristen really took the time to get to know us and our needs. She went to work searching for our next home. Within 24 hours we were looking at numerous homes, but something was always missing. In desperation, we made an offer on a home that I liked but it was not my wife's dream home. Realizing my mistake, Kristen gently pointed out the problems with the house that I had overlooked. She saved us from buying a house that would have been a huge mistake. Within two weeks, after many houses, we are home.
