Our garage door had come off the tracks partially, cables were down and the spring broke. Our neighbor recommended Garage Doors Plus. Pat was at our home by 8am the following morning. It didn’t take him long to thoroughly assess what needed to be done and explained the process and price. Everything was super transparent! He walked around the exterior of the house with all of this tools and materials, going through the back door of the garage vs walking through the house, which he didn’t have to do. Oh and did I mention it was -25 windchill!! Pat went way above and beyond in all aspects of customer service. I’d even go as far to say that his professionalism was Perfect! 😉 Thank you Pat, you’re the best!

Where do I even start. I CANNOT say enough about this company. Good customer service is rare these days, but Amazing customer service seems to be something of the past. This company provided hands down the most Amazing customer service I have ever experienced.
Their communication was outstanding. The distance that they went to provide us with, ultimately what we wanted, and straightening out miscommunications with other contractors made our experience nearly stressless.
Thomas, you know what you’re doing and you’re Amazing at it. Jamie, great job connecting with me through it all and providing the best contacts for me. The 2 guys that came out to install garage doors, not once, but twice, in the frigid cold…….your work ethic and patience is hard to find.
Thank you so much for all you’ve done.
I will never use another company!

I'm single and I love alone so you can image the anxiety that I felt having strange people come to my house for estimates. Thomas made me feel very comfortable and he's such a nice guy. Jack came out to install my garage door and he is such a sweet guy. Their work is excellent and he finished in a timely matter. I would give Garage Doors Plus the highest recommendation possible.
I believe in supporting small and family businesses as well.
