Terrible, Company can not perform, told me by email that they are booked up into October, did not answer their phone and they did not return phone messages. Obviously, over extended and I really don't want to do business with a company that will not return messages.

They called before they came and arrived a little early, which was fine. They cleaned the glass and vacuumed inside the fireplace and rearranged the logs. They also asked if I needed my dryer cleaned out and it was cheaper since they were already here. They vacuumed the vent and near the heating element as well as cleaned out the vent outside. There were 2 of them and they finished in about a half hour. When I tried to shut off the fireplace after they left, the switch didn't work, so I called the office and got an answering machine and left a message. They didn't return my call, but I called the workers whose number I got from their morning call. They told me what to do. It worked and they called back to see if it did and were willing to return if it didn't.

It went great. They put down a carpet protector before they began, took off their shoes to keep my home clean. Did a great job of cleaning my fireplace, adjusting the pilot and making it look like new again. Very knowledgeable, professional and polite. They were able to answer all my questions and provided advise on how to clean the fireplace glass. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great! These guys are very professional, clean and nice. The explained everything, suggested we clean the dryer vent -- which was a great suggestion as our dryer works twice as fast now! Showed us how dirty our ducts were and changed the furnace filter when they were done. I will hire them net time for the same job.

I spoke with the provider and it turns out they do not service my area.

The guys were on time, courteous, and professional. They completed the check-up in a timely manner. They did recommend we do things (as it would be cheaper for us to do than have them do and were things we could do on our own)...which we have done.

Their prices are totally reasonable and I appreciate that they didn't over-diagnose the problem as more serious than it was. The repair has been holding up and scheduling was easy. It's a very nice family-owned company to work with.

The fireplace tune-up and inspection was good. After they did the air duct cleaning, our zone heating did not work. Not happy about that.

It went very well. They came in, spread out cloth to catch any debris, vacuumed inside of fireplace, replaced old ember material, cleaned burner & controls, checked the venting system, reset log placement, checked flame height and pattern. Cleaned glass door, replaced door and screen securely. The 2 gentlemen worked fast and did a great job and completed the project within 20 min. I was very pleased with the job they did and how clean the area was left.

My fireplace was not working and I was hoping it just needed a good cleaning. Afterwards it worked for one day and then I had the same problem. I hired an actual fireplace repairman and he commented about how dirty the fireplace was even though it had not been used since the cleaning. I know now that I need to hire a fireplace repairman to do the job. I think AAA was very professional, I just don't think they do as thorough of a job as someone who specializes in fireplaces. Lesson learned.

They did a fabulous job and I would have them come again in the future. Their pricing was very fair and they were very professional.

They emailed me stating they were already scheduled until mid-October and I was needing service prior to then so I requested a refund for the Big Deal.

They were great. Allowed me to ship the part directly to them from supplier. They brough it over and installed. Price was very reasonable . Work performed was very good.

Purchased the deal through Angie's list for $149. They came on time, were professional, courteous and explained/showed me the process. They placed a filter in our vent and pushed all the debris down. After they were done pushing the dust down they showed me how much debris built up on the filter. They cleaned the coils of our older furnace and cleaned up after themselves. Our ducts are definitely cleaner after their visit and the whole process took about an hour.
