They did a really nice job. The technician was professional and gave me tips and tricks to prevent the musty smell that happened. They were on time, prompt in responding to my emails, and did the service call on a Saturday, which I appreciated.

They were able to clean out the sprayers in the dishwasher, and advise what we should do to avoid issues going forward. Same with the refrigerator. Their honesty and friendliness, along with their advice, made this very worthwhile, and I will definitely use them again in the future. I've used many other appliance repair services in the past, but I'm going to stick with this one.

I called to make an appointment. The serviceman came as scheduled. He is polite and cleaned my fireplace. He didn't climb up the roof and inspect the cover, or examine the inside of the chimney. I think the $99 price is excessive for the work he did.

The men came at the time they said they would and did a good job. They asked if there was any thing else that need to be looked at, so after 23 years of using a close dryer I asked them to look at it and if it need cleaning. After that period of time it did need cleaning and it was done at good price. We were very happy with the work and price.

It went just fine. They came out and drained the water heater and filled it back up. They checked it. I thought the guy that came out did a good job.

I wasn't home but my husband said they did a terrific job. They were only scheduled to do the duct cleaning but he ended up adding on the gas fireplaces which he was super glad he did. He couldn't say enough good things about them. They even sent him some pictures of the work they completed which I thought was a really great idea!

I'd asked for the provider to fix a broken gas burner on my kitchenaid stove. When they arrived, they determined that the part was no longer available (thanks, kitchenaid) and there wasn't much they could do. I asked if instead they'd be able to repair the broken glass in the oven door for the value of the Big Deal coupon. They said yes! They offered to come back with the part and do it on site, but I suggested they just take the door (which is removable) and bring it back when it was done. They were happy to do so, they replaced the glass and brought back the door, and I'm very happy to have it repaired. I appreciate the flexibility!

Used coupon deal. Called before they arrived and were actually half hour earlier than the time window I was told, which worked even better for me! Both technicians were very courteous. Did a thorough job and very quick. Added embers that were all gone and fireplace looked great.

The two guys that came were so nice. My house was quite messy because I was in the middle of a move. They were so kind about it, and one guy even cleaned part of my laundry room for me just because he had a few extra minutes. I was very impressed. They were gentlemen.

This is the second time i have used them. They were here last year to clean my fireplace in the living room. They are always very prompt and friendly. My stove in the family room wasn't working with the remote. They were able to fix that and cleaned the inside and the glass front. they did a great job once again. I also had a coupon from Angie's list.

Purchased a deal through Angie's List for furnace duct cleaning. With two dogs in the house, it's always a chore to keep the house hair free, but it still smelled like dog! The two employees of AAA Anderson called 15 minutes before arrival. The office staff asked about pets in the house previously, so we were sure to have the girls in the yard as the door must be open during cleaning for the large vacuum hose. The guys thouroughly cleaned all room and furnace vents reattaching all covers. It took about an hour and what a difference it made in our air quality. The $150 was well worth it. For an extra $50 we had them clean out the dryer vent too. I definitely would use their services again.
