I was very impressed with Jesse and Dan. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They told me step by step what they were doing and why. They offered several suggestions for the gas fireplace maintenance. The cleaned fireplace looked spectacular! I also took advantage of having my dryer vent cleaned at a discounted rate. They removed the front panal and vacuumed all the lint and dirt from the inside of the dryer and then cleaned the duct work. It was amazing how much lint and debris was removed. The fireplace and dryer vent cleaning took about 45 minutes. I would most definitely use them again.

Bought the home 18 months ago and the fireplace did not work. Received $800 credit against closing cost. Thought we may have to purchase a new vs. the cost of repair. Thought we'd try to have it cleaned in the meantime. $99 later the Fireplace works fantastic. It's a bit older fireplace so they even added an additional touch to simulate glowing coals. A low cost bonus that was appreciated.

They were here when they said they'd be, put down a tarp to keep area clean, did there work and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional.

They did a nice job of getting our fireplace working again. Cleaned it up, too. Helpful explanations and much knowledge about the product and manufacture of gas inserts. We would hire them again.

When they were finished, the fireplace looked like something you see in those in those romantic movies. Now all I need is someone romantic to share it with. Anderson's does not provide this.

Covered shoes when coming into house. Explained in detail what builds up and why in gas fireplace. covered area around fireplace before cleaning and picked up after. They came on time and were polite. I could tell they wanted to hurry when they first got here. The letter before hand said that they would remove the vent covers, which they did not. Some of our intake vents were painted shut, which they assured me that he could still clean it by sliding the top of hose head into the vent. So that was good for those vent covers. But most of the vents were not painted shut, and I noticed that he used this same method for those also. The second guy helped set up, and I saw him take off and replace one vent cover for the other guy to clean that duct, but mostly he stood around and then tried to start conversations with me about objects in my house, or other things they could clean, when I was out there watching them work. I wish he would have been helping they other one take and replace vent covers instead! I think they couldn't have done a better job if they would have taken the vent covers off and got into the ducts farther, as I have heard is the way it should be done (like in AAA Anderson's own letter also). We have a three bedroom home, and it took a little less than an hour to complete the job. Maybe it's because of the $99 special, but the quality should not suffer because of that. I think they did a good job, but it could have been better.

We purchased the Angie's List "Big Deal" for a $99 cleaning and servicing of our gas fireplace. We were very impressed with AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service. We received a call about 30 minutes before our scheduled time to let us know that they were on their way- and they even arrived a couple of minutes early. They were very professional and took the time to explain what work was performed as well as hints and tips on our fireplace. Also, they noticed that the switch for the fireplace had been installed backwards, so they fixed it without us even having to ask. Overall, we were very impressed. We highly recommend this company for fireplace servicing.

It was very good. He was able to come out really quickly which was really good for me. I wasn't happy that I had to paid an extra $23 but it is because I needed extra pipe. I think they would have carried pipes but he had to run to the store.

They arrived at the original scheduled appointment promptly. Unfortunately, our brickwork around the fireplace had been installed poorly by the original builder and there was no way to get the screen/glass front off the fireplace. This also meant that the fireplace had not been cleaned since it had been built in 2003!!!! The next day, I was able to shave off some of the brickwork with a multitool and we rescheduled. On the following visit, they were prompt again. This time everything worked out well, the fireplace was cleaned beautifully and they also helped us install a blower fan that we purchased from amazon (they gave us the model number to look up). The fan is awesome and the room heats much more evenly now. The fireplace looks great and we are very happy with the service and we plan on using them in the future.

The service turned out great, they were excellent. He was very prompt, very professional, very friendly, and he didn't waste any time, but didn't rush either. They spent half an hour.

It went Great. We wanted a fan replaced but were told that our unit has the fan built in and can't be replaced but I appreciated the honesty and the cleaning.
