They did fine, I was happy with it.

The service was fine. They charged an additional $50 for the dryer vent as the big deal covered the 4 fireplaces. They did a good job, they came when they said they would. The fireplaces looked really good now, and they cleaned them well. It had been over 3 years since they had been serviced or cleaned. I was pleased, but it wasn't anything that they did, that I didn't expect them to do. They did a good job, and they put down towels, and made sure everything was protected around the fireplace. They put a towel on the glass, to make sure they didn't get dust on my carpet. They then vacuumed up everything around, and I didn't have to go back and clean up anything after they left, so that was awesome.

I was called a half hour before the scheduled appointment to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and performed my dryer vent cleaning. They also, without my asking, checked my furnace and found that the filter was not working, it was bent and somewhat sucked into the furnace opening. They offered to clean out the furnace cavity of all of the accumulated dust for an additional $50. They also rigged up a little flange in the bottom of the furnace to help prevent this from happening again and gave me advice about the best furnace filters to purchase from now on. The service agent also put the cover piece back on our water heater that had been knocked off by us a few days prior without my asking him to do so. I was very pleased with the service.

The technicians arrived on time with a courtesy call 20 minutes prior. They were polite, efficient, and cheerful. The cleaning went well and I would definitely consider using AAA Anderson again. My only thought is that in the future I may want to try vent cleaning that includes a brush. The pressurized air looks like it worked well but it would be interesting to see a different technique.

They were great! They were professional, punctual, and friendly. They removed all the lint and debris from the vents! They were also helpful in identifying other services that would be helpful with no added pressure.

they did exactly what they said they would do, I had hoped they could answer other questions or come back for additional repairs. they had no knowledge of how to repair anything at all, they can only vacuum out below the fridge , pour the same cleaner down the garbage dispal that I had already done. they could not answer any additional questions or set up an return visit to repair other issues. I had hoped they could answer questions about my fridge beside just vacuum the coils on the bottom.

I used this provider to clean my dryer vent months ago. They did an ok job so I called them back to do the furnace cleaning this year. They did that ok as well, except the vent was falling off outside. When my dishwasher broke, I called them to repair and asked them to look at vent and see if them cleaning the dishwasher when they did furnace (extra service provided for discount when here) is why it no longer worked. They told me it was heating element, I told them to order parts and fix. They brought heating element and put it in. No testing nothing (the dryer vent wasn't attached properly, they did fix that). When I used the dishwasher I found out that the thing still wasn't drying. I called company again and said it wasn't working. They came early and when I told them they needed to come back in 10 minutes they were rude. They did NO testing again, but sent me an invoice saying it was now the mother board that needed replacing for an additional fee. I called in and asked about it, they left a message stating that they wont credit me the heating element (wrong thing they fixed) and that I need to pay more to have this fixed. Keep in mind that NO TESTING was done so I don't believe that this will fix it either. I called back after receiving message on Nov 26th and never got a call back. I will NOT use this company nor recommend them to anyone.

The service techs were very professional. They answered all my questions regarding what was included in the maintenance plus addressed some minor repair issues. They were quick and thorough and cleaned up after themselves.

John was my service tech. came out on time, was very professional and took extra time to explain how the fireplace worked as we had just recently purchased the house. highly recommend them, they just earned a customer for life.
