They checked my dishwasher, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The workers were on time and friendly.

They were hired to fix my ceramic cooktop stove, one of the burners needed a new element. They were nice, but got a bad part from their supplier.

Great. It took two days because the manufacturer had the same part number for two valves(!!). We were first on the list and they call ahead just like they say. A+++

Purchased the deal, was contacted promptly, scheduled the appointment, they arrived on time, and completed the work. Only regret I have is purchasing the air exchanger cleaning. For $60, I expected a more thorough cleaning than just vacuuming out the unit, the first 10 feet or so of attached ductwork, and blowing out the exchanger core with compressed air. The air exchanger intake/return ducts in our bathrooms were not touched, dust is currently stuck to the grilles. So, lesson learned there. Otherwise, the technicians were friendly, courteous, punctual, and hard working. I would consider using them again, but they didn't necessarily earn a customer for life, either. If I was evaluating the standard vent cleaning alone, I would rate all "A"s, but the air exchanger cleaning dropped Overall/Price/Quality down to "B".

I purchased a deal of the day. I was contacted within 24 hours and was able to schedule the service for Saturday morning. They arrived, looked at my gas fireplace which had not been burning right. They cleaned the vents and dried condensation in the gas lines. Everything is now working perfectly.

The service was fine. I think they came out within the week after I purchased the Big Deal and there were no additional charges other the $69 Big Deal. There were two of them that they came out. They really did not clean up. When you blow the dryer vent outside, they really did not wipe down my back door. There were a lot of dusts all over on my kitchen window and on my back door. So, that was a little surprising for me, other than that, it was just fine. If I were going to refer them to someone, I would tell them to ask about the cleanup in the end. Cleaning dryer vent is pretty messy. Anyone can blow them out, but when you get lint all over the place, is it uncommon or is it more common to wipe that off. They are good on pricing which is why I went with the Deal. I did not have them do my air vents. Sometimes, when you hire a company do air vents and then, add the dryer vent on which is usually an additional charge. I do not know how would cost. I just did not want my air vents done at the same time. For me a single dryer vent pricing, I thought they were fine. As far as I know, the quality of the service was good. It appeared to me with all the lint that was left behind that they did a good job cleaning out my vents. They were professional. I would possibly use them again in the future.

AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service was fantastic! Very friendly, responsive, and professional. We felt our job was completed quickly and professionally. We were so pleased we contracted with AAA Anderson for additional work including a dryer vent replacement which again was completed quickly and priced very competitively. We will definitely use this company again for future needs.

Prior to moving into a recently renovated home, we wanted to have the air ducts cleaned out. We have used Anderson's previously, and have been very happy with them. They called ahead to let us know they were coming and came on time. They were friendly and efficient. They pointed out that we might want our fireplaces/chimney cleaned as well, but were not pushy at all. We decided to have them perform the additional service as long as they were there, and were happy that we did- they certainly needed it.

They were 2 nice guys. They did the cleaning of gas fireplace components. The glass was hard to clean and I think they did an ok job on that. They helped remove old batteries to get the remote functioning again. They were quick in doing the job.

It was a holiday weekend and he called back a couple of days later. I had requested them to get back to us as soon as possible. He left a message saying he doesn’t service LG and could not complete the repair. He was able to refer me to another person who worked on LG. The refrigerator problem ended up working itself out.
