Great - the tech also fixed my fan, which had stopped running, for a very reasonable add-on to the quote.

Paid for a service visit to repair LG Refrigerator only to find out that the parts were not covered, so my only option was to pay an additional $1,700.00 WITHOUT any guarantee the refrigerator would work; so 3 days before Thanksgiving, I wound up purchasing a new refrigerator.

My washing machine began having electrical problems. Other than that, it's been a solid machine, so I considered having it repaired as opposed to replacing it. Before calling them, I researched the part that was likely to be replaced to get an estimate of the work. The repair work matched my research. All calls were returned in a timely manner. The repairs were completed within a business of confirming my decision to move ahead. The repairmen were professional and also provided advice on how to potentially avoid the issue.

The guys were on time and did quality work. They cleaned the entire fireplace and made repairs so it would ignite again. Saved me hundreds by repairing rather than replacing the seal on the fireplace glass. The clean fireplace looks great and the price was cheaper than expected. They also repaired my fireplace wall switch, which hasn't worked in 25 years. Had two other service companies out over that time and they never got it working.

It went really well. It's like we have a brand new fireplace. I love it! They were timely, friendly, and very professional. I had bought an Deal through Angie's List in Dec 2016. It expired in June 2017, but I still got to apply the value to the cleaning and inspection when I eventually got around to calling them in Feb 2018. Then, related but unrelated, there was a part that needed to be replaced and they were able to do that on the spot.

I have used them several times at my home - from fireplace maintenance, to dryer repair. Reliable, show up on time, reasonably priced. They do very good work.

John and Sean were punctual (even in a blizzard), polite, respectful of the house and knowledgeable. Their rates are very reasonable; the initial trip charge includes two trips, since it's often necessary to come back with a part. I would definitely call them again for appliance repair.
