Setting up the Angie's Deal on email via Angie's List was not ideal. This was the first time I used that service and it was awkward as I had to check back to Angie's List to see if I had replies. I would have preferred to correspond directly from my own email. I did call Anderson first to ask if they could fix my appliances along with the appliance tune up and was originally told no, they had two different crews and they needed to be two separate appointments. I wasn't going to do that so with some additional problem solving on their end the guy said they could send one guy from each crew out to my appointment. The guys, when they arrived, said they do that sort of thing all the time so not sure if someone was filling in on the phones that day or what as all future calls I talked to Kim. The tune up services were performed just fine and the guys were friendly, on time and explained what they had done. I have not had my appliances tuned up before though and so was a bit underwhelmed by what it entailed; likely no fault of theirs, just my own naiveté. Regarding the fixes to my appliances, it was recommended for my oven that I get a new temp sensor. That was installed on the next visit and appears to have fixed the problem. For the leaky refrigerator, it was recommended that the secondary valve be replaced. That part was installed at a second visit on a Friday. During the second visit they did not connect the hoses back up correctly and water leaked on my hard wood floors. It was two days (Sunday afternoon) before we noticed it seeping out under the adjacent cabinet. We got our water turned off to the refrigerator and I called and left a message for Anderson Sunday night. That message was promptly returned on Monday morning and they sent the crew back out right away on Monday. Apologies were made and they explained their error that caused the leak. The secondary valve though did not fix the leaky ice maker so it was suggested that the primary valve be replaced. That part was installed on a fourth visit. That part did not fix the leaky ice maker. It was stated then that a plastic cup that collects the water was likely cracked. On the fifth visit they dismantled the actual ice maker for the first time to replace the cup and saw that the actual problem was that the ice maker itself had a hole in it. On the 6th visit, the problem was finally fixed. I know this company has had a great track history on this list which is why I was surprised with the above sequence of events but everyone has a bad service call eventually. Throughout the experience they never charged me for the additional visits or labor, just the parts so that was nice. I just was not impressed with their diagnostic skills and given there are other choices in the market will choose someone else next time. I did talk to the guy who was at my house and shared my feelings and he shared that based on experience his path is normally the right one. Not in my case. Through the course of these visits I was talking with Kim about what kind of reparations they were going to make regarding the floor. Anderson relied on the appliance guys who were out at the house to do a visual inspection and they thought it was fine; the water had dried so we were good. Luckily my husband was not so passive. He called the insurance company, they sent out a water damage guy, he did some actual readings and said that the floor was still wet and needed to be pulled up and replaced. The insurance company agreed and the claim was made. The F grade for professionalism is due to the fact that the insurance company is trying to collect from Anderson the costs of this claim and thus far have not gotten a response. I would expect a company to have the integrity to stand behind their work and pay for damages caused by their error. When I get word that this has been done I will change the professionalism grade. Rebuttal to Company response: The company response is abolutely false. The only leak my refrigerator had prior to them arriving was my ice cube tray into my ice bucket inside my refrigerator. The reason they had to come back multiple times is because they could not fix that leak ? which was internal and contained. In the process they replaced every other part in my refrigerator and in so doing, did not make a solid connection with the hoses, and that is what caused the leak on my floor, which their repairman admitted to. Clearly that repairman has more integrity than the company that employees him. Please do not trust this company as they are clearly unethical and do not stand behind their work.

I purchased the Big Deal for a $99.95 whole home air duct cleaning. The guys were on time, worked quickly and did a good job. They definitely pulled a lot of nasty stuff out of the ducts.

Purchased an Angie's Deal for cleaning and inspection of our gas fireplace. Setting up an appointment was no problem. All went well, and the technician informed us that our fireplace had a blower and how to operate it (we just moved into this house). Professional and helpful.

They were fast and efficient. I even had the ducts cleaned as long as they were there. There was no mess left for me to clean up after they were done. It was great. Highly recommend them.

They did the ducts, checked and cleaned the fireplaces, and then called my attention to the plugged venting on the drier, which I had not noticed until then. They were there on time, worked quickly and efficiently, did a great job and gave me some good advice on continued cleaning and maintenance.

The switch on our gas log fireplace was not working, and I was not sure if the switch was broken or if it was just coated with dust or residue from the burning gas. So I purchased the Big Deal coupon for cleaning/inspection. The technician cleaned and inspected the fireplace, and got it working again, at least with the remote control. Upon completing that work, the technician told me they also had a deal on cleaning the dryer vent duct, so he did that too and it seemed to go well as far as I can tell. Good job overall.

Perfect . . . the guys were professional and courteous, on time, helpful, and they did an amazing job - high quality, fast, and very clean.

Two guys came out; one may have been training the other. They were friendly and responsive to questions. Due to the cost, I'm not sure when I'll request this service again. They were only here for perhaps 15 minutes; glad I paid a discounted price.

The guys were great. We were very pleased with the work they did and would definitely use them again if needed. We bought a deal on Angie's list for the fireplace tune-up and then had them clear out our dryer duct since they were already there.

I have used AAA Anderson for many things from furnace repair, refrigerator repair, dryer repair/cleaning, and fireplace cleaning. They have always been professional, courteous, responsive, and have always done the job right the first time. They are my first call for any and all appliance repairs.

The service went well. I actually purchased a deal on Angie's List in summer of 2013. For various reasons, we just got around to having it done in prep for selling our home. They honored the service no questions asked, were professional when they arrived, and did a wonderful job. In addition to the central vents, we also did the dryer and gas fireplace vents for an added fee. Vents are clean and we can definitely tell the difference. Very good job.

Provider came out and started spraying with an areosal can into my duct. The technician said he was spraying for mold. I am sensitive to the chemical that they sprayed. My eyes were watering and my chest was tight after they sprayed. I reread the Big Deal that I purchased and it did not appear that they had done what was advertised. I went and opened up the duct in my bathroom and the duct was very dirty. I do not feel that the provider did what this big deal stated it would. The only thing that they did was sprayed something in the ducts. I called the doctor because I started having trouble and they told me to call posion control. I called back the provider instead to ask what they had sprayed and the person did not know. I was told they would send me an email with what they had sprayed but I have yet to get a response. I tried calling again on Friday but got a message that they were not open even though it's a day they say are open. I am still having trouble breathing. I really liked the people that came out, they were very nice but I am still not happy. If they had told me what they were going to spray before the service were performed, I would have not had them do the service.

They were swell. They gave me an appointment rather quickly which was very nice. I've used them before I got them off of Angie's List so I used them again. They're a fine bunch. Two guys came out and they took care of it. They explained things.

Spoke with Kim to schedule the appointment for the repair. She was so nice, explained everything, set the date for the work, gave me a window of time for the repair, then told me that her employees would call ahead to let us know they were on the way the day of service. My husband was home, but didn't have his wallet to make the payment, but Kim & I set up the payment method over phone, no worries. The guys were super, did all the repairs and didn't even mind our Golden Retreiver trying to help them out. I have already passed this vendors name on to friends. Thank you for the super customer service, workmenship, service. and keeping my 28 year old Maytag running!
