The two men were on time, polite, and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and gave me some pointers and recommendations for furnace filters. Although I cannot examine the quality of their work, as I am not able to see inside my vents, I feel confident that they did a good thorough job. I will be using them again.

They did good work overall. I paid for them to clean my A/C unit outside and that wasn't as good as I would have liked. They did the vent cleaning, but failed to take the vent covers off and bent my vents by sticking his tool through. The price and work was good aside from a few minor issues.

From as far as I can tell it seemed fine.

John was punctual, professional and did a great job cleaning the dryer and refrigerator. He removed his shoes while inside our home and he respected our house and cleaned very well after the job. Would recommend this company.

The technicians were very pleasant but we found that they did not do a very thorough job and didn't fix the problem. We had to have another company come out and redo it a couple of months later.

AAA Anderson's came and cleaned our gas fireplace. They cleaned the glass and ensured the ignitor was working properly. Very friendly, thorough and did great work

They were great. This is the second time I have used them for two different properties. They did a good job, were friendly and met my expectations. They came to do a duct cleaning, but offered to clean the furnace for an additional $50 which was a good value.

Very unprofessional. They spit on the driveway outside. They came in and wanted to sell us fireplace cleaning and dryer duct cleaning. We only hired them to clean hvac system but they were more interested in upselling other products. They were very and unprofessional and would not listen to my wife. She wanted to cancel the service but they were already in the house so we used them.

They were on time, professional, they wore boots to protect my floors.

Fireplace work was done well. The duct cleaning was suppose to be done with the vent covers off. We loosened all vents and made sure they were free from the wall. They were never removed and the air wand was forced between the fins of the vent cover leaving them bent. When confronted they indicated the vents were clean prior to the service so they didn't need to remove. They straightened out the fins as much as possible but there was no offer to replace them or discount the service so we could replace them. The owner said she would look into it and never responded back. I would not refer this service provider.

Difficult to fully evaluate effectiveness of duct cleaning (couldn't get inside to look), but have less dust in the air and registers are clean. Fireplace cleaning was very effective ... logs were properly arranged and flame is burning properly.

Tune UP went without any issues. I think paying 99$ for 2 appliances was more than market rate so i will try other places next time.

Left some lint chunks in the laundry room, but it was fine.
