I wish I could post a picture I took of how dirty, still full of dust and dirt, one of the vents they supposedly cleaned out looks. It looks no different than before they came. I also did not appreciate being offered deals on the spot to do additional work. I did not have time to research the extra work to see if it was needed. It was one of those "if we do it now, its only $50 versus much more if we have to come back?". The woman on the phone should have offered me the additional services with discounts over the phone when I booked the appt so I could have time to think about it.

Perfect. They arrived on time, performed as advertised, cleaned up after themselves. In short, just did a great job. I would highly recommend them to others and I will use them myself in the future.

They arranged for an appointment that worked well for me. They were on time. They did the job well. They reviewed the level at which the dryer vent was clogged (it was 7 out of 10). So it was determined that my arrangement of having them come out every 2 years was probably spot on.

The scheduler was incredibly kind and professional. The technicians arrived on time and compleated the work as scheduled. They also talked about additional services they could offer and were willing to come on another date. No pressure. We will use them again.

The team arrived within the window and were very nice. They cleaned up our fireplace and added some embers to it. They also offered us a discounted rate to have our ducts cleaned, which we decided to do while they were there. I don't recall how much that cost, but I do recall it being a deal since they were in the house already. The team that was at our house was very kind and patient with me as I went room to room making sure they were tidy before cleaning the ducts. They left everything very clean as well. Would definitely hire them in the future.

I purchased a deal for 111.00 for a checkup of my garbage disposal, dishwasher and refrigerator as we had sold our home and wanted to make sure everything was in working order. The young lady, Kim that runs the office could not have been friendlier or more helpful. She got the appointment scheduled and told me exactly what to expect. The guys arrived on time, were very careful and courteous and checked everything out. The only extra thing we needed was a new ice maker, but we knew that, so no big surprise and that cost was outside of the 111.00, but not bad at all. The ice maker was installed and the guys were in and out in a very short time. The only thing we are sad about is that we lived in Minneapolis for 32 years and only found AAA as we were selling our home and moving out of state. They are great people and do what they say they will do! No surprises! I highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair or cleaning! Kim will help you get anything you need scheduled in a timely manner!

Very mixed review. Had I not had a follow up encounter with Kim, owner and office administrator, I would've have given them at least a B possibly an A. However for the week since the cleaning our air flow for getting cool air up to the second story has not worked. When I called Kim back she said the guys were gone fishing for a week in Canada so nobody could fix my problem. Generally that wouldn't be an issue however with the forecast in the 90's and an event being held in my home hosting 75 people I need air! I explained to Kim if I needed to get another repairman out and it was a direct cause of their service I would be sending them the bill. She then said have a nice day! I said Kim thats not a very professional response. She then said I was rude, started screaming at me and hung up the phone! I did not raise my voice once I was just letting her know if I incurred further expenses they would need to take care of them. So if you ever have a problem and need to deal with Kim be prepared for a screaming unprofessional response! SO sorry that I need to FAIL the guys because of her.

Very professional and neat. Chimney sweep work was especially impressive because they laid a tarp on the floor and contained all of the soot, so carpets were protected.

Selling our house and needed fireplace serviced and cleaned and verify everything was up to code. They were prompt and efficient. Fireplace never looked better.

There were a few emails back and forth regarding scheduling - this Angie's list deal was very popular - I purchased on 10/1 and services were rendered 11/8 after they fit both of our schedules. I will call for my appointment earlier in 2015! At the date of service, two workers arrived at my home and cleaned the gas fireplace. They addressed all of my concerns as they were cleaning. They were respectful and courteous the entire time. I would use them again.

I had some concerns about my fridge as the water was leaking. They told me the guy the guy who knew about that was on vacation and they would follow up which they never did.

I know this is a little dated, but just wanted to let the members know about this company. First of all, they are easy to contact, they answer their phone when possible, and return their voicemails. Very professional. Secondly, they call to confirm and give you an estimated time of arrival, which was appreciated. Third, if they are running late that day they will call you to let you know. My appointment ran a little late, but we live in a far western suburb, and traffic enroute can be a real problem. As far as the job itself, they are quick, clean, and thorough. The technicians were friendly, and always took the time to explain what was being done. After cleaning my dryer vent for the first time in several years, the tech showed me scorch marks around the connection to the vent tubing. This indicated that so much lint had built up that it had tried to ignite more than once. That was an eye-opener! No more waiting multiple years to do that again. Do not put this off if you haven't done it recently. All in all, a very pleasant and professional experience, and for the price, it's a no-brainer and I'll gladly use their services again.

They were on time, professional, cordial, knowledgeable and thorough. The two hook-ups to the dryer were especially difficult to make, working in narrow space between dryer and wall. Job very well done!!

Great service from the time I called, I knew we were dealing with professionals. Communication was very quick and clear and they showed up on time. Once here, the guys worked fast, but took the time to point out things I needed to be aware of, such as possible asbestos materials that we should have looked at. They also quickly cleaned the fireplace insert and were cautious not to kick up dust as we were in the middle of painting trim. Price with coupon can't be beat.
