They did just fine. They were very polite.

Once they arrived it went very fast. The time frame they gave me was a 3 hour window of arrival, unfortunately they arrived at the end of that time frame. Too bad they can't narrow down the time a little better so you don't sit around waiting all afternoon. They were efficient once they got started, and said they were able to remove a lot of dirt/dust from everything they cleaned. Glad I had it done. Price was right also!

That was perfectly good. I think they were fine. As far as I know, the quality was fine. Their responsiveness was perfect. They were on time. Their professionalism was just fine.

Arrived on time. Was neat and efficient. We hadn't used this fireplace an a few years. He turned on the gas which I had shut down on a very warm summer day and gave us the go ahead to use the fireplace again. We paid for an Angie's special for cleaning the fireplace and there was no extra charge. I am unsure of exact date of appointment so Sept 2014 is my best guess.

These guys were great. I couldn't have asked for better service. They were quick, friendly and professional. I also have a dog and they were great with him too. I'd definitely hire them again.

Very smooth from start to finish. We purchased the "big deal" for 99.00 whole home duct cleaning. I guess there was some fine print that indicated the deal was only for a 2500 square foot home, so we were charged more because it was larger, so that was a little misleading, but not malicious. The service technician was extremely nice, and even pointed out where we had water in our utility room due to a frozen AC coil (clogged filter). They were very helpful, cleaned up, and I would not hesitate to recommend them again, though I'd suggest they make the size limitation on deals more evident to avoid confusion.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company or employees - they were efficent, professional and entertaining - our 9 month old couldn't get enough of them, and they were more than happy to interact wtih and show him all of their tools. In addition, when I called the company after purchasing our service via Angie's List, they gave us an additional deal to include cleaning our fireplace and dryer.

It was just ok. Not sure what a tune up consist of, but do not feel like it was what I was expecting or worth money I paid. Though the guys that showed up were very nice and on time.

John and Josh were on time and they were very nice. They took time to answer all our questions and they determined that our refrigerator needed a new part. Kim was also very nice on the telephone.

We experienced an electrical shock from our dryer and it began to act like it was possessed. AAA Anderson worked with us to get us a technician today despite a full schedule of their own, because we had an upcoming situation. The technicians arrived earlier than expected, were extremely courteous, discovered a problem with the start button immediately, and repaired it on the spot. They then notified us that the fix may be temporary and we might need to order a new console, and informed us that if ordered within 30 days there would be no trip charge and we had credit for 1 hour of labor - in all probability, only the cost of the part would be charged. We are extremely impressed with all facets of this visit and would certainly use them again.

They did a great job! Very punctual and professional, were very quick and explained what they were doing each step of the way. They noticed that our gas fireplaces needed cleaning (hasn't been done since we bought the house 4 years ago), and they were able to get that done as well (for an additional $100). I was very impressed with their services and will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Went great! They showed up on time and even took the time to show me what our duct work looked like inside before and after cleaning...and let me tell ya it was gross! I will definitely be having these guys back again in the fall for one more good cleaning. They were honest with a rookie like me and recommended one more cleaning in 6 mo (since these had clearly never been cleaned in the 65 years this house has been standing! yikes!) and then every 1-2 years after that depending on animal presence and environmental factors

Very friendly and kept me up to date on when to expect them during the day. They were in and out of the house within about an hour or so and did a great job. Would definitely hire again.

The 2 men were very courteous and explained what they were going to do. When they were done they showed me all the dirt and dust that was in the ductwork. Also recommended I use a better filter to help maintain my furnace.

I bought the coupon for $99 air duct cleaning. The crew called and came a little early, which was great. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend using them. I know I will be in the future.

Seemed to go well. After having some major work done one the house and moving some duct work, I recently found out they only cleaned the supply lines and not the returns. I was under the impression they should have done both.
