Great technicians! Did an amazing job and were very knowledgeable. They noticed that my dryer had not been venting properly (which it hadn't I am new owner and previously to me it was not hooked up to vent outside but was venting under the house). They recommend I have dryer vent cleaned too since it had not been properly vented. I took them up on the offer and am thankful I had them do that in conjunction with the scheduled duct cleaning. I don't know that you can upload photos to Angies list but I have a photo of what came out of my ducts and it is super gross! I just purchased this home and am so thankful I had this done right away because it was apparent that the ducts had not been cleaned in years!!!

We were very impressed with AAA Anderson. We purchased a $100 gas fireplace cleaning and inspection from Angie's List. They were very prompt and professional. We were especially impressed with how they took the time to explain everything they did before they left, answering any questions we had.

The staff at AAA were great communicators and the service techs gave me a call when they were coming. The guys worked quickly and efficiently - they pulled my fridge out and vacuumed 17 years of dust off the coils! They offered me a half price deal on dryer vent cleaning, which I took them up on - I knew it had never been done. Nice to know that my appliances are running more happily!

Happy with the air duct and dryer vent services. I was not happy to be with the cleaning of one of the gas fireplaces which had been assessed by the gas company when we moved in and the service person told us it needed inspection/fixing and gas should be left off until this was accomplished. The person from AAA Anderson who cleaned our fireplace did not realize there was any problem and turned the gas on without notifying us and without lighting the pilot light, both of which are potentially dangerous actions. When I complained about this they told me that the gas company usually uses a tag to warn if gas should not be turned on so they had no way of knowing that it was off intentionally. I maintain that anyone that can not properly assess the working order of a gas fireplace should not be touching it. I would not use them again.

I bought the "deal" for $99 to have my furnace vents cleaned. Kim called me to schedule the appointment within 2 hours of my purchase. She was very professional, we set the date and she explained the process. I scheduled the appointment to occur within a week. I chose the window of 2pm - 5pm. The service guys called me at 2:20pm, saying they were on their way and would arrive at 2:40. They arrived and cleaned the vents. They offered to clean my gas fireplace for $50, which I thought was a good deal considering it had never been cleaned. Overall, they were quick and efficient, explaining the process as they worked. They were finished by 3:30 and left no mess. I would highly recommend this company for any of your cleaning or appliance repair needs.

Went great. Showed up on time and worked very quickly. They also recommended that have I have the bottom of my chimney cleaned out. They found a dead bird in the chimney so it really did need to be cleaned and showed that I was missing a proper chimney cover.

It was great, cleaned and checked all appliances are good and they did a lubricant of my dishwasher.

Fast, efficient, and neat. Swapped out air filter and humidifier filters and showed me the dirty one. Recommended a different type of air filter that would improve system efficiency and service length.

The work was done quickly and professionally. They called with the results (I wasn't at the house that day) and let me know what repairs were necessary, getting approval from me before proceeding. Even with the additional repair work, the total cost was a little less than I had expected.

I used AAA Anderson to service my fireplace the fall of 2013 and was pleased with the results. I decided to use them again to service my gas fireplace insert for the 2014 season. Two young technicians arrived on time and I showed them my fireplace. They were courteous and seemed professional. They were in my home less than 15 minutes total time. I did not watch them work but they said they checked out and serviced all the operating parts, replaced some embers and cleaned the glass window, which had a big build up of smoke from the last season. My fireplace did not operate properly all winter. I heard a lot of popping/spitting with, flickering flames whenever I adjusted the flames and frequently throughout the winter season. The glass window clouded up a month after I paid them to perform routine service. I had a chimney professional look at my gas fireplace this spring and he turned on my pilot light, which had went out) and when I explained the spitting/popping noises with the other problems, he stated that my gas fireplace components needed to be cleaned and that it was not performing optimally. I already knew this but wanted confirmation. I do not think my fireplace was serviced properly and the technicians seemed to be in a hurry to get in and out. I do not believe they performed the services promised in the deal I purchased and I will not use them again. I will use the fireplace company that inspected their "work" and found it lacking. This was not professional and I feel I was ripped off. I have been very busy with work and never remembered to call and complain, which I take responsibility for. However, believe that the work should have been done as specified in the fireplace deal I purchased for $111. The deal promised a tuneup, cleaning and inspection. The deal stated service was to include an inspection for safe operation (which I do not believe was done properly), thorough cleaning of all major parts, burner system, firebox, gas logs, pilot assembly, thermocouple, burner pan, etc (I know this was not done as promised due to popping/spitting noise, constant flickering flame and clouding of glass within the month after servicing), and they were to precondition all glass work (they did), and remove, reinstall and replace some of the rocks, sand and embers ( not sure this was done as it looked the same as before). I am not sure if these were new employees but they did not perform the work as agreed!! This turned out to be a very expensive transaction for less than 15 minutes of "work" and not a "deal" at all. I will sit down next time and watch the people I hire instead of trusting them to do the work!

two man crew was cordial and efficient. They dismanttled my gas fireplace, checked all the working parts, cleaned it and added new wool for burning coal effects. Work was accomplished quickly and the results were good.

I purchased a coupon for much-needed cleaning of the refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. When the repairmen were here, they offered to do some maintenance and cleaning of our gas fireplace as well for $50.00. The kitchen appliances are sparkling, and the gas fireplace looks like new. I would definitely hire them again.

We had them come out to look at our refrigerator, which was having problems keeping food frozen in the freezer. They did an excellent job, and provided an estimate to have it repaired. Unfortunately, that estimate was more than the worth of the refrigerator, so we bought a new one.

First of all, setting up the work to be done with Kim was easy, and we even had a fun conversations about cats and duct work (yes, people, you should not have your cat around the hose, and I didn't). As for the work, the guys showed up on time and got the gunk out. I also got a lot of tips about how to get the air circulating properly (much needed for our upper rooms). These guys were quick, knowledgeable, and gave great tips. Worth the $, glad we had the work done. Thank you guys!
